Words cannot even express the devotion I have for this dog nor his devotion to me.  We have been together for 13 years now...soon to be 14.  We got him out of Jerry Lee Lewis' cornfield in Senatobia and he hardly leaves my side.  He has been through good and bad times and never questioned a bit of it.  He listens to my secrets and never shares them.  He knows how I'm feeling even when I'm not sure.  He is compassionate, faithful, loyal, obediant,  and gentle.  My last year of law school we loaded up into a van and drove all across the country learning the pleasures of the frisbee, the ball, and the chew bone.  He thrives on air conditioning in the summer as do I and he also loves a good fire in the winter.  He used to go to the office with me and sleep on my leather couch while I worked.  He's appeared in a video with Harlan Howard, Richard Lee, Pat Alger and Ralph Murphy.  He is a golden retriever/Labrador Mix and the absolute treasure of my life.
