Billy Sideman

Billy is a really fantastic songwriter from New York City.  He and I met one night outside of The Boundry in Nashville.  He and I went to my car to listen to his stuff which I thought was great and we hit it off immediately.  A very charming guy, he was witty and intelligent.  We became very close friends as he needed a place to stay while he was in Nashville and I needed a place in New York when I was there. So we lived together one summer at my place and had some really good times.  He waited tables on the side at The Hermitage Hotel which had a fantastic dining room and I could take my friends and/or dates there and always get the royal treatment.  Billy is back in New York now with his girlfriend Izumi Nakomoto who is a film producer.  I hope to get back to New York soon to visit him.
