| After a two week layoff, team 'The' came out a little rusty. But they weren't rusty enough for team Weida to have a chance. Penalties and poor flag grabbing kept Weida in the game in the first half. After 2 touchdowns by 'The', Weida scored on a 40 yd scamper right before the half. 'The' players claimed that the Weida player shirt was covering his flags. "Their was nothing more we could do", said safety Ryan Stetler. "I grabbed for his flag, and all i came up with was a handful of shirt. We got screwed." The second half was no contest. 'The' had the ball first, and Hanthorn hit sanders on a 60 yd bomb on the first play. "We could of done that every play, but what fun would that be," said quarterback Brett Hanthorn. "We just needed to put a little distance in the score, so I threw it deep." Two times Weida had the ball in the red zone in the second half, but both times they were intercepted for touchdowns. "I thought I saw open recievers, but everytime I threw it, somebody would come out of nowhere and either pick it off or knock it down. That is the best defense I have ever played against," Weida quarterback Trent Dilfer, Jr. said as he wiped away tears. Overall, 'The' had 3 interceptions. 'The' improves their mark to 3-0.
