/whois *name* - Tells you where the person you're looking for is. Whether he/she be in a game or a channel.
/help - This is really all you need to know. Type in /help and you will recieve a list of all of the Battle.net commands.
/friends - This is kind of new to blizzard, it is a friends list. Type in /help friends to find out the other commands.
/squelch *name* - This is like ignore user on ICQ. It ignores the person you "squelched".
/stats *name* - Self-explanitory, it retrieves the game statistics of whoever you type in.
/join *channel* - This is much easier than going to the channel window.
