History

If you are at all interested, this site was not originally mainly about the guild. I made this "site" several years ago, probably around '99-'01 somewhere in that range. Wow, was it hideous, completely terrible. There were never really visitors at all. I did have a couple of good pages, which we now keep in the Hot Wax Coating section.

When we started some several years ago, I called the place "Show Industries" after a phoney business I made up in my head from a nick-name i had through out my 8th grade school year, and first year of highschool (9th grade) Several people still call me by this name (Show) but the ones that are really important to me call me by my real name, or something else besides show anyway! As I was saying this used to be Show Industries, a terrible terrible attempt at webpages. Well there are currently still not alot of visitors to the site, but we are getting it back up and running again.

So after, I guess you would say, many beta versions of the site, we now how this, which I have a more concious design thought going through my head as I design it. I know it wont be great, and due to my lack in time to work on the site, due to school and work, it will not be HTML, even though I know enough to make the site lol. One this is for sure I definitely will NOT use CSS. Flaming Text on acid, if you ask me. Anyway, that is off the subject.

The site is no longer known as Show Industries, but will keep a few things from the last version of the (SI) website. The things that will stay are a few things that are in "Hot Wax Coating". These will eventually be moved to a page entitled "Vault" perhaps it will even get it's very own FreeHand illustration.

Anyway, we do hope to see many visitors in the future both from the guild, and from other reaches of the internet. This site will never be just guild based, but that will be the primary, and it will always be sectioned, so that you will not have to go through a bunch of crap to get to the information that you are after.
