| You push aside a huge fern, and suddenly find yourself in a clearing. It is warm from the tropical breezes, and birdsong can be heard through the ancient trees. They stretch higher than imaginable above your head, the leafy green canopy letting in shafts of golden sunlight. There is writing etched into a nearby granite boulder, it reads simply, "Felcans" You look into the clearing further, and find a creature sprawled in a patch of sunlight, the picture of luxury. | |||||||||||||

| He stretches and regards you with deep blue eyes, shakes out his lion's mane, and then begins to speak: "Hello, traveler. I am Shekurau Meame...a loner felcan. Perhaps I will start my own pack or pride someday...for now it is only myself." You begin to ask questions, as you are highly curious about this mixed-species creature, but he simply holds up a black forepaw to silence you. "If you wish more information about my kind, you must brave the Nameless Forest...and then perhaps when you prove yourself worthy you will recieve the knowledge that you seek." With a mysterious smile, he folds his wings along his back and pads off among the trees. | |||||||||||||
