I'm able to rejoice,
but one thing I've been guilty of
is not giving You my voice.
I must try to hand over my tongue
so I can spread Your word.
To deny the silent praises I have sung
would be totally absurd.
So Lord, please help me be humble
when it comes to giving You control,
and don't let me stumble
into a deep spiritual hole.
My tongue, my heart, and my mind
are now at Your disposal.
I promise to be kind,
and tell others Your salvation proposal.
