| The anniversary poem of when we first met in person. | |||||||
| I looked into your eyes, and melted into a loving hug at the start. Then my smiles turned to cries, When the day was done and we had to part. A year ago today this was, And despite the pain of leaving you, I'll do it over and over because, The eternal joy of our love is true. Years from now, We'll never again go different ways. This year since our first meeting, I learned that what we go through now, Is worth it because we'll be together for the rest of our days. Nothing anyone can do, Can defer my determination, To show you how much my love has grew, and I'll show you this until the end of creation. |
