Dunwoody Toastmaster's Meeting Agenda

Sgt. At Arms:

• Calls the meeting to order/ Pledge to the flag/ Thought for the day (optional)
• Introduces the President

  President:

  • Opening comments (brief) and introduces guests
  • Calls for the Secretary and Treasurer's report
  • Old Business/New Business and introduces the Toastmaster

    Toastmaster:

    • Opening comments and reviews the schedule
    • Reviews the TIMER's rules, if applicable
    • Introduces the WORD of the Day followed by the JOKE of the day
    • Introduces the TABLE TOPICS master

Table Topics Master:

• Opening comments
• Calls on participants (3 to 5 speakers - dependent on the time)
• Calls for the TIMER's report
• Returns the meeting to the TOASTMASTER, followed by a
  coffee break @ 8:05 a.m.

Toastmaster:

• Introduces each speaker (obtain the titles during the break or before the
  meeting begins (no later than 8:15 a.m.)
  
• AFTER each speaker, please allow about a minute for written comments
  to go to the speakers. Ask for the TIMER's report. Then call for the
  vote followed by introducting the GENERAL EVALUATOR.

General Evaulator:

• Opening comments and introduces each evaluator
• Calls for the TIMER's report and asks for the vote
• Calls for the GRAMMARIAN's report
• Calls for the "AH" COUNTER's report
• Closing comments/observations
• Returns the meeting to the TOASTMASTER

Toastmaster:

• Calls for the VOTE COUNTER's report
• Presents the ribbons to the winners
• Returns the meeting to the President

President:

• Reviews next week's schedule
• Asks for comments/announcements, especially from guests
• Adjourns the meeting no later than 8:59 a.m.
