| The GTR-X prototype was built before the release of the LC Torana. It had a 186ci LC XU-1 engine, and a top speed of about 210km/h, mostly due to good aerodynamics. Although the car performed quite well, GMH decided not to go into production, for reasons known only to them. | |||||||||||||
