An attempt at a comprehensive listing of the Transformers fanfic I've done over the months; most stories are Gen, but some Slash is included (generally noted either on the fic or, if necessary, for the entire category) but some might have slipped through. Read at your own risk.
Transformers:
Huffer/Pipes:
Slash warnings for most of these stories, though the actual slash content is pretty mild.
On His Knees Pipes -- takes place during Transformers: The Movie (shortly after the second attack on Autobot City by Galvatron and the Unicronians). Angsty.
Book-Reading Pipes -- Pipes tries to study his way into Huffer's heart. Takes place pre-"Tokens"; yet another plain vanilla slashfic.
Untitled (Happy Pipes/Jealous Pipes/Envy) -- Huffer and Pipes at a flea market. Slashy only in the sense that during this story Huffer and Pipes are a couple, otherwise, it's just two guys out shopping together. Takes place before "Wrath".
Wrath -- Written as part of the 7 Deadly Sins challenge.
Sloth -- Written for the 7 Deadly Sins challenge; Huffer and Gears discuss relationships.
Angsty Pipes (Untitled) -- Written for Angsty Pipes, takes place in roughly 2007, post Transformers: The Movie.
Cold Comfort -- Written for the heck of it; set in same universe as the 28 Pipes, takes place shortly after Transformers: The Movie and before 5 Faces of Darkness.
Naughty Pipes (Untitled) -- Written for Naughty Pipes; features Huffer and Pipes as well as Sparkplug. (No, not like that).
Tokens -- The first Huffer and Pipes story I wrote and the one that got me started down the Huffer/Pipes road. Slash only by implication.
Well-Shagged Pipes (Untitled) -- First Huffer/Pipes story I ever wrote; slash content so mild it makes vanilla ice cream look like habanero peppers.
Pipes:
These stories feature Pipes in situations that don't directly reflect on his relationship with Huffer. Unless otherwise noted, all links lead back to my Live Journal.
Obedient Pipes -- with Optimus Prime; slight angst as Prime helps Pipes handle hitting a deer. Genfic.
Bath-Time Pipes -- Pipes and Tailgate inadvertantly help out at a celebrity carwash and get a chance to meet the natives.

NEWDeath/Senility (Untitled) -- Last of the 7 Minibots fics for Tailgate. Tailgate and Elise Presser discuss death and moving on.
Old Age (Untitled) -- The first of the Tailgate stories written for 7 minibots to take place on Earth. Features Elise Presser, anthropologist and bit character from Gen 1, Season 2
If Only -- Starscream one-shot, takes place right before the opening of "Revenge of Bruticus". Starscream, on the asteroid, muses about what could have been.
End-Of-The-World Party -- Written for the December Mecha_Erotica Challenge: One Night Stand. Features Kup and Beta, pre-Golden Age of Cybertron. Het.
Best Laid Plans -- Written for the Astrotrain Ficathon. Features Astrotrain, Octane and a brief cameo by Blitzwing as well as a couple squishy humans. Probably the only Transformers/Plan Nine from Outer Space crossover in existance.
Stargazing -- Written for the Mecha Erotica August Challenge (which it won, yay!). Features Prime and Ironhide, with implied Prime/Ironhide. Mild Slash.
AEC Combaticons:
AEC = Armada/Energon/Cybertron; an AU featuring Unicron Trilogy versions of the Combaticons. Only canon member of the team is the mini-con version of Swindle from Armada. Written 'cause I do loves me some crack!
Pillow Talk -- Written for "Well-Shagged Combaticons". Mini-con!Swindle and Girl!Brawl enjoy the afterglow. PG/Het
On-Vacation Combaticons with Girl!Brawl -- An Alternate Universe story featuring Armada/Energon/Cybertron versions of the Combaticons (and minicon Swindle!). In this, Brawl is a genuine female-type womanly girl! EEK!

Three Guesses who I like writing about the most
NEWStory Time -- Witness tells Swindle and Vortex a folktale.
NEWSchool Days -- Combaticons in Basic Training. Takes place six million years ago on Cybertron prior to the Combaticons ending up in a filing cabinet.
NEWObnoxious Combaticons (Untitled) -- Vortex lips off to the wrong mech at the wrong time. Features Vortex and Octane. Takes place during/right after season three of G1 Transformers cartoon.
NEWEvening the Score -- Swindle and Vortex get caught taking a little extra revenge on Starscream. Takes place post TFTM (1986); features Ravenclaw_Devi's fancharacter Steadfast, used with permission.
Skyline Ridge -- written for the Transficsation March Challenge, which was to set a Transformers fic anywhere but North America.
So All Alone -- A Blast Off story originally started (but not completed) for Mecha_Erotica's "Sintember" challenge. Blast Off explores a taboo interest.
Turned-On Combaticons (Untitled) -- A series of five vignettes, each one featuring a Combaticons in various arousing situations.
Days of Peril -- Written for "Obedient Combaticons"; takes place roughly in 1986 or 1987, during the X-mas season. Megatron sends the Combaticons out to wreak a little holiday havoc.
Crash Landing -- Written for "Disheveled Combaticons" and features Blast Off and Onslaught in an embarassing situation.
Fatigue First of the Generistan stories; written for Exhausted Combaticons. Features everybody but Blast Off and a visit from Starscream, Thundercracker and Skywarp.
Happy Combaticons (Untitled) -- Written for Happy Combaticons, the last (in terms of order written, second in terms of storyline events) of the pre-Shambleau Generistan stories. Features all the Combaticons as well as Hook and Scavenger of the Constructicons.
Clean Up -- Written for "Bath-Time Combaticons"; Second (in terms of order written) of the Generistan stories; features all five Combaticons. (link leads to LJ)
Shambleau -- Transformers/Northwest Smith crossover; takes place after the events in "Fatigue", "Untitled (Happy Combaticons)" and "Clean Up". Combaticons on Monacus, what could go wrong? Mild slash.
Frustration -- Written for "Horny Combaticons" and features Combaticon/Stunticon pairings. As far as slash goes, the action is mild, more suggestive than smexy.
Orphans -- Written for "Naughty Combaticons", takes place in the year 2016 and is my attempt at mixing G1 cartoons + G2 comics because I am evil. Features Swindle, Brawl and Vortex as well as the Protectobot First Aid.
Payback -- Written for the hell of it; the story of what happened to the Combaticons after "Revenge of Bruticus". Link leads to the Live Journal entry for this story.
Training -- Written for "On Their Knees Combaticons"; features the entire Combaticon team as well as Thundercracker and Skywarp.
Reading Combaticons (Untitled) -- Written for "Reading Combaticons". If there's anything scarier than Decepticon fanboys, I don't want to know. Mildly slashy inferences; also het inferences, though the story itself is largely gen. (Link leads to LJ).
Don't Dance -- Written for "Dancing Combaticons". Combaticons. Dancing. (link leads to LJ)
Jealous Combaticons (Untitled) -- Written for "Jealous Combaticons"; pretty self-explanatory, though who the Combaticons are jealous of may be surprising (link leads to LJ)
Naive Combaticons (Untitled) -- takes place during "Revenge of Bruticus" -- literally. Features dialogue from the original shooting "Revenge of Bruticus" shooting script. (Link leads to LJ)
Daring Combaticons (Untitled) -- Features all the Combaticons and the Autobot Seaspray (as opposed to the potted plant, Seaspray). (link leads to LJ)
On the Beach -- written for "At the Beach Combaticons"; like "Untitled (Naive Combaticons), this features dialogue taken directly from the original shooting script for (this time) "Starscream's Brigade".
Playing with Kids Combaticons (Untitled) -- one of the first 28 memes stories I wrote; included for completeness sake since I'm not thrilled with how it turned out. (Link leads to LJ)

NEWA Letter Home -- An AU look at the GI Joe comics universe. What might have happened to Snake-Eyes if Storm Shadow hadn't come home from Vietnam?
NEWMaking Do -- Low-Light and Firewall talk about death and disappointments.
Shower Scene -- Infamous (to me at least) Metal-Head/Gnawgahyde slash fic. Takes place entirely during the DIC cartoon version of GI Joe. NC-17.
Luke 6:42 -- Takes place during the scene on pages 8 and 9 of Marvel comic #93. Snake-Eyes reacts Scarlett's coma.
Low-Light Stories:
Stories featuring Low-Light, RAH era GI Joe Sniper. These get their own section because there's several of them and I don't want them crowding out the other fics.
NEWWonders Never Cease -- Valentine's Day discussion between Low-Light and Paige Adams. Written originally for GI Joe fanfic Bootcamp.
