• One electric torch, military issue
• One Bentley's compass
• One box Tatchell marker flares
• One Tag Hauer stopwatch
• One coil rope (20' - do your own metric conversion)
• One day's iron rations
• Fifteen tough plastic bags with vacuum seals
• One small notepad plus pencil
• One sack, nylon
• One small bottle water
• One Mozambique Special cigarette lighter
• One bottle of Lucozade
