Everyone is invited to train at our classes: there's no restriction on age, sex or ability.

The Chief Instructor is Mr G Cahill, II Degree Black Belt, National Umpire & Referee. The first club was opened in Dundee in 1996 in the BB Hall, Bright St, Lochee.

Since then there have been clubs opened successfully in different areas, including Lochee, Whitfield, Douglas & Invergowrie.

Taekwon Do can bring out the best in each individual so they may excel at their own pace and personal fitness.
