I came across an interesting viewpoint from someone (not knowing about ARSC) with a perspective on what is happening with oil prices now and projecting them in the future based upon technichal analysis. Take a look at the graphic below. (Chart #2)
It is NEVERTHELESS the time for you with chart #2 to open your eyes to the sleepless nights you will have as a consumer over the next 12 months while these 12 months will just be an APPETIZER to the main dish that will be served to you some time later (2010). From a technical point of view, it is now time to deal with some figures; first of all, note that the HYPERinflation signal indicated on chart #2 is indeed signal #2 after the 1st one was given by oil this year when it reached above $ 80 in September. As a more detailed TA can reveal the SPEED acquired since August 16 is going to be maintained in the coming months. As a consequence, it is rather easy to compute where some KEY indicators for your lifestyle in USA will be levitating around March 2008. Indeed by March 2008 your budget should be made ready for: - OIL around $ 145 (+47%) - GASOLINE around $ 3.5 (+42%) - EURO vs. $ around 171 (+15%) As chart #2 points out, gasoline around $ 3.5 is only halfway or so of the full green wave 3 .. Be ready for gasoline to reach out for $ 4.6 in late 2008 (+91% from current price level). Then you will be given a temporary relief (green wave 4) which gasoline needs to travel to the lower trendline of the channel before hell breaks out upon US & world consumers with green wave 5 (YES, life is THAT easy) . A more detailed time computation is rather easy: green wave 1 was approximately 4 months, green wave 2 was 4.5 months, extended green wave 3 should be at least 10 months, green wave 4 might be 9 months Then ad 16 months to November 2007: you will be there in USA to enjoy the kick off to green wave 5 sometime around April 2009 . Remember then that it will be a wave 5 not only for gasoline but also for oil; as you know that wave 5 is commonly the LONGEST one with raw materials (while the longest one with stock indexes is wave 3), I have NO DOUBT THAT BY NOW YOU GET THE FULL PICTURE about the next US & world economic crisis which is going to be THE WORST EVER IN 100 YEARS: while gasoline is going to hit $ 4.6 (or higher) at the top of green wave 3 (oil around $ 190), it is not very hard to figure out gasoline hitting $ 6 (+150% from current price level with oil around $ 250) or $ 7 (+190% from current price level with oil around $ 300) maybe even $ 8 (+230% from current price level with oil around $ 340) at the end of green wave 5 into the year 2010 (rough estimate).. But why not $ 9 (with oil around $ 380)?..
So what does it all mean? ARSC is currently completing the most beneficial resource ($.40/gal Hydrogen) that the world needs. We ( the United States) will be able to put an end to our reliance on Middle East oil. It makes good sense why "peace talks" are back on and likely to be completed by next year. The US is putting an end to its dependence once and for all. ACE technoolgy is the sleeping giant and to put a "real" value on this is certainly well North of $1.00.

They will begin funding and buying up alternative energy assets at an alarming rate. ARSC is positioned for just such an event. They are likely to just buyout ARSC with such a limited number of shares outstanding. They could easily do 50/50 cash and stock at $5.00 share.
