| The Restored On 21st June 1875, the Smietons hosted a Soir�e Musicale given at Panmure Villa. On the programme were Rossini, Gounod, Wagner, Lindner and the organist W. H. Richmond, who also improvised at an organ built by F. W. Nicholson of Bradford to his specifications, including three complete manuals, pedal organ, 22 stops and 784 pipes, with decorations by Mr Drummond. There were also two songs "From The Deluge" by John More Smieton. The second half was a performance of Mrs Smieton's The Restored.
