1- My first idea is pretty good. Make medals to help raise ranks.
                                Medals:
Ladder Medal: Given to any player who was been in top #1000.
Good Ladder Medal: Given to any player who has been in top #500.
Expert Ladder Medal: Given to any player who has been in top #100.
Best Ladder Medal:  Given to any player who has been in top #10 in ladder.
Average Ladder Madel: Given to players with a ladder record of 1050+
Veteran Ladder Medal: Given to players who have played 20 ladder games.
Loyal Medal: Given to players who have been 2 months in clan.
Veteran Medal: Given to players with over 300+ normal games played.
