INGREDIENTS
600g Mutton strips
1 tabls oil
3 tabls silvered almonds
Piece of fresh ginger,peeled and grated
3 cloves garlic,crushed
3 carrots, thinly sliced
2 red peppers,thinly sliced
2 sticks celery,thinly sliced
2 shallots, chopped
100g snow peas
1/3 cup oyster sauce
METHOD:
Heat half oil in wok.Stir fry almonds, ginger
and garlic 2 minute.
Add mutton strips,stir fry 3-4 minutes .
Remove Heat remaining oil in wok.
Stir fry vegetabes 1-2 minutes.
Return almonds, ginger, garlic and mutton.
Stir in oyster sauce, allow to heat through
2-3 minutes.
Serve with rice.
