4 lbs pork
20 red onions
5 pips of garlic
1 ginger
4 table sp chilli powder
1 table sp gronnd goraka
1 table sp sugar
2 table bs black curry powder
2 table sp oil
2 table sp raw rice pounded
4 limes
2 cloves
10 cardamons

Method
Cut pork into small piece. Mix well with all the
curry powders and leave for 1 hour.
Fry the onions in oil. Then add in the pork with
all the ingredints and fry for 10 minutes,
If you need a dry Pork dish do not add water,
if you need a curry add one cup of milk
Add salt to tsate.
