Crab Cakes

INGREDIENTS
 1 Pound Crab meat
 1 egg
 ½ cup Cracker crumbs
 2 Tbls Chopped parsley
 2 Tbls Margarine
 1 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
 1 Tbls Mustard
 Salt and pepper to taste
 
METHOD :

Remove all cartilage from the crab meat. Mix crab with cracker crumbs and parsley. Mix
other ingredients together. Lightly mix with crab meat and season to taste.
Sauté in a little margarine.
Makes about 8 large patties
