| First Season- The Show was rushed into production in late 1978 and became a mid season replacement on CBS. The Show was filmed in Covington GA for the first few episodes but was then moved to the backlots at Warner Bros. |
| 1. One Armed Bandits original air date- January 26, 1979 |

| This is the first episode, where it all began. Sheriff Roscoe is up for re-election. So he and Boss try to smuggle slot mechines into Hazzard to help pay for Roscoe's campain because "if sherrif Roscoe runs the county, Boss Hogg runs Roscoe". Bo and Luke here of this and decide to hijack the truck with the slots. Jesse finds the slots in his barn and tells Bo and luke to get rid of them. To keep the slots Bo and Luke think of a plan to distribute the slots and give all prosedes to the orphange. Bo and Luke then give all the blame to roscoe and since suposedly roscoe donated all of the money to the orphange he got re-eleced and the Dukes got to keep fighting a known enemy |
| 2. Daisy's Song original air date- Febuary 2, 1979 |

| In the beggining daisy hears a song she wrote on the radio. When she tells Bo, Luke, and Uncle Jesse she is not receiving any royalties they get suspicious. It turns out to be a pirating ring and Boss Hogg is right in the middle of things. Even the FBI gets in on the bust and also suspects the dukes. The Dukes must get Daisy's $50 back that she paid to have the song published and not get caught in the whole mess because it would violate there probation. |
| 3. Mary Kaye's Baby original air date- Febuary 9, 1979 |
| A Borrow a car and a pregnant woman turn out to be big trouble for the dukes in the third episode. Mary Kaye is a pregnant woman running from some guys that want some money that she has, she thinks the money should belong to her baby. The dukes borrow a car from cooter since the general Lee is being fixed, there is illegal moon shine in the back of the car. In the end Mary Kaye delivers the baby in the dukes house. and the borrow a car is blown up, but not before daisy gets the money out of the back, so mary Kaye's baby ends up being rich |
| 4. Repo Men original air date- Febuary 16, 1979 |
| The Duke boys start out trying to buy a junk Richard Petty race car so they can strip it down for parts and do better in the race on saturday. They end up getting stuck reposesing a hot rolls royce for crooked used car dealer Ace Parker. Of course Boss figures a way to get Bo and Luke for grand teft auto. The problem gets worse when the repo papers get eaten by a man eating dobermin pincher. In the end the Dukes figure a way to get even with Ace, Roscoe even gets to bust a counter fitting ring. |
| 5. High Octane original air date- Febuary 23, 1979 |

| The last episode filmed in Covington GA. The dukes start out by attending there monthly visit with the local revenuer, they soon find out the revenuer has changed and it could be trouble later on. Boss Hogg mentions a contest to find a replacement for fosil fuels to Uncle Jesse at the Gas Station, in this conversation it comes up the Boss's car once ran on a tank of Jesse's finest (shine). So Bo and Luke finally convince Jesse to break his treaty with the US government. So the Dukes must run off a batch without the likes of the new revenuer, roscoe, Boss, or enos catching them in the act. |
| 8. The Big Heist original air date- March 30, 1979 |
| A robber steals money from Boss Hogg's Bank. His car breaks down so he throws the money in the back of Uncle Jesse's pickup. Boss and Roscoe accuse the Dukes of stealing the money since it was found in there truck. They have to catch and bring in the real robber before Boss and Roscoe put Bo and Luke in jail for a long time |

| 9. Limo One is Missing original air date- April 6, 1979 |
| Limo One comes down Hazzard Highway and stops at the Boars Nest. While there cooter can't resist the urge and Jumps in hot wires limo one (the presidents car). Cooter take the car to the Duke farm. After every Duke gets mad they decide to take it back. While taking the limo back the Duke boys and Cooter get hi jacked. Upon finding the limo they find Boss Hogg's chop shop which stole the limo, Boss then figures to return the limo for his own personal gain. The Dukes steal the limo back from the chop shop and return it. in the end Uncle Jesse gets a call from the president inviting them to come to dinner at the White House, but Jesse turns him down |
| 6. Swamp Molly original air date- March 9, 1979 |

| Swamp Molly comes to the Duke to make a "run" for her to repay a favor she did for Uncle Jesse a long time ago. What the Dukes do not know is what is in the back of the truck. They find out when Roscoe opens it and finds illeagal fire arms. The Dukes stash the truck in the woods and refuse to deliver. So Bo and Luke deliver Swamp Molly kidnaps Unle Jesse. Of course Boss sees dollar signs so he is trying to get the guns so he can sell them at a profit. In the end they sink the truck in a lake and Jesse tells Bo and Luke they must rebuild the outhouse they blew up in the beggining while they were target shooting |
| 7. Lukes Love Story original air date- March 16, 1979 |
| It is time for the annual Hazzard obsticle Derby. At the Boars nest the drivers are annouced, Enos, Cooter, one of the duke boys, and creevy. Creevy turns out to be Amy Creevy from the powder puff division. Her ex boyfriend turk comes to town to get revenge. Luke and Amy have an on and off relationship throughout the episode. Bo puts up General Lee against Lucifer (Amy's car) in a bet with Amy's female mechanic. Turk steals cooter's car before the race starts to wreck Amy. In the end Amy wins and give the keys to the General Lee as well as the trophy to Bo and Luke. |

| 10. Deputy Dukes original air date- April 13, 1979 |
| The Duke boys are busted for indecent exposure, and endangering a police officer after they went swimming and two girls stole there clothing. Roscoe put them in jail. Public enemy no. 1 was in a jail in a near by county and needed transported to Hazzard since he got a change of venue. Since Roscoe and Boss are too afraid to go they send the Duke boys. They tell Bo and Luke that for doing this they will get out of jail, what they do not tell them is that they are going to pick up public enemy no.1 Rocky Marlow. He tries to escape from the Bo and Luke but they catch him with some help from Roscoe, Boss, and the rest of the Dukes. In the end Rocky Marlow gets another change of venue and Boss does not get to cash in on people comming to Hazzard to watch the trial |

| 11. Route 7-11 original air date- April 20, 1979 |
| The Dukes need $180 to repair General Lee, they can not leave the farm for steady work because Jesse can not manage it on his own. They end up getting a job driving an 18 wheeler, The employer said it was to test shocks but the Dukes found out it was a moving casino. The Dukes then come across an old friend (Mr. Stovall) who lost all of his money gambling in the truck. Bo, Luke, Daisy, and Mr. Stovall shuck and jive Jesse into going to gamble on the truck. The Dukes set up a whole plan. In the end Roscoe and Boss put an end to the moving casino but not before the Dukes win Mr. Stovall's money back for him. |
| 12. Money to Burn original air date- May 4, 1979 |
| Boss comes up with a sceam to make a lot of money. It is time to send the old money to be burnt and get new money in the bank from the federal reserve. Boss's cousin Cletus is the armored truck driver. Boss gives cletus old phone books instead of money and tells him to burn out the back of the truck when he gets out of town. When he does a loud explosion goes off and Bo and Luke hear it and come put the fire out. Boss plans a scheme to blame the dukes for stealing the money as well as collect the insurence money and put the dukes in jail. |

| 13. Double Sting original air date- may 11, 1979 |
| Robbers dressed like Laurel and Hardy rob Boss Hogg's bank. Bo, Luke, Jesse, Boss, Roscoe, Enos, and Cooter are all quarentined in the hazzard jail due to a recent plauge scare. The only one left outside of the jail to pursue the bank robbers is daisy. |
