Disk One

Part 1-Balamb Garden

Introduction To FFVIII and Fire Cavern

The Game Starts of as SQUALL(the main Character) wake up in the Infirmary, and the Nurse asks you a few questions. After all that, Talk to QUISTIS (your first team member you meet) Alright, this is the start of your long journey(woopey!) Follow Quistis to the Classroom on the 2nd Floor. In there you will find the Shiva and Quezacotl GF's(guardian Forces). You will also meet SEIFER(your enemy).

Anyways...after that talk to Quistis and meet her by the front gate...Later. Right Now, get to know the Garden. The Main parts of the Garden are the, Dormitory, Parking Lot, Training Center, Library, Infirmary, Quad, Cafeteria, front Gate, Your Classroom, and Cid's office.First check near the 2nd floor elevator and talk to the guy and he will give you seven cards... Right Now, go to the Library and Search the Second Bookcase to find a Occult Fan I. The Occult Fan books give hints on secrets to the game. The Last Important thing in the Garden right now is the draw points, but don't worry about them now.

Draw Points: Fire Cavern(fire)

Now...(finally) head to the front Gate and meet with Quistis. She will Give you a Tutorial of Guardian Force's. Then Once you are on the World Map, head to Squall's Left..or your right. You will encounter Enemies, and Quistis will help teach you how to fight. Head through the Forest to the Mountain with the hole in it..that is the FIRE CAVERN!! alright, you damn well made it .

Once at the fire cavern, Two guards protect it, select your time limit. And enter...Bummbummbumm.... Equip, your Ice Magic, because all the monsters in here are fire based monsters. Run through the cavern ignoring Quistis's dumbass remarks. and since you can take as long as you want going out of the cavern pass the draw points. Use blizzard magic on the hard enemies 'till you get to IFRIT.


Boss: Ifrit / Guardian Force Battle / HP: 1068 / Weak: Ice

Ok, your first boss, at this point he is very hard..but you will look back and laugh. anyway, Summon Shiva because he is an Ice Elemental. If you have Blizzard or Blizzara Spells use them!! also use physical attacks if you are out of Magic. Once He gets down to 100 HP start using full power to end the battle quickly. You will Get a G-Returner, 20 AP(oh yeah!!) and Ifrit's Card(very useful)


Alright, Now when you head back out get the draw points and stuff like that. Once out of the Fire Cavern, Head back To Balamb Garden. No comes your F&^#ing SeeD Field Exam...

Back To Balamb Garden

Alright, Once back at the Garden, head to the Dormitory and Save your Game. Then Examine the Bed to Change Uniforms and rest, which will restore your HP. After that, return to the 1st Floor Lobby and Meet your team... Quistis is waiting, and You meet your new friend...ZELL. He'll flip through the hallway in a FMV scene and he joins your team, the along comes Seifer....He's on your team too. OK!!! Head to the Parking Lot and Drive to Balamb Town. Once in the Town, Head to the Dock and board the Assault Boat and you head towards DOLLET...

Part 2- Dollet and The Comm. Tower

The City of Dollet

Save Points: Beach

Once you arrive, run up off the beach into town...the only way to go. Follow Seifer until you are attacked by a few guards...they are easy enough..so run to the Town Central Square and wait for the Galbadian Troops to run through. Once you talk long enough, Seifer will run away, Follow him to the Outboundries of the city, until you encounter a man who is being attacked by a Anacondaur. Help him out(like you have a damn choice??) Warning: the Anacondaur is a lot harder than Ifrit. even though he is just a measly monster. Kill him and head up the mountain, confronted by monster after monster. Once at the top Seifer Will run off again to the Comm. Tower. Then A messenger Brom Squad "A" Arrives...yup. You Guessed right, it's the girl you showed around, or didn't....She gives you her Name....SELPHIE. your new team member, later in the game. She will Jump down the cliff...you probably shouldn't...you lose 5 points from your field Exam score. Walk to the right. and walk down to the Comm. tower and Enter....ahead is a series of Boss Fights.

The Communication Tower

Draw Points: Inside Comm Tower(blind)

Save Points: Inside Comm Tower

Inside, you should definitely save your game. collect the draw point...it's a Blind..it's useful up ahead. Walk around the bottom of the comm. tower until you encounter a guard. kill him and collect the potion or health item he drops. Keep doing that until you feel you have enough health items for the bosses. Head up on the elevator and you will find BIGGS and WEDGE....


Boss: Biggs and Wedge / Boss Fight / HP: 467-705, 416-640

You'll start fighting only Biggs. He has the same attacks as the Typical Elite Soldier, and not to much stronger. Draw the Esuna Magic from him and stock up on it...Pummle Biggs with Physical Attacks but do not use blind yet. Once he is almost done with, Wedge shows up and Biggs gets his HP back.... Now, Wedge is a much stronger Elite General. Draw and stock up Magic from Wedge like it was Christmas with cherry plumbs and smashed American pies(eww...) heh heh. Once you are done stocking up start hurting the two boys with your GF's and heal yourself with your new magic once you lose a lot of health. Once you do enough Damage to both of them, They are blown away and the Real battle begins...



Boss: Elvoret / Guardian Force Draw, Boss Fight / HP: 1563-3523

First thing you do is draw Siren From Elvoret, Siren is another GF. But you can't use it now.

The Elvoret has The cure under his draw magic so don't use your stock. He also has a rare spell called Double, which allows you to Have to Magic attacks with one turn. But unless you want to double cures, forget the double magic. Use your Strongest GF's and physical attacks, but avoid using magic on him. Once he reaches 100 or so HP, pummel him with Ice or Fire GF. You receive 2 elixirs, two cottages, Three g returners and a Weapons Magazine...mwahahaahah.


Ok, now then, Seifer shows up and you have 30 minutes to get your lousy asses out of Dollet. Go down the communication tower and....shit......another boss outside....
Boss: X-ATM092 / Boss Fight / HP: 5072-5770 / Weak: Thunder

OK... This boss is weak towards thunder...so equip Quezacotl GF for the next little while. Use Thunder Magic and Quezacotl to get him down, use physical attacks ifyou out of the other things... Once he loses about 1500 HP, he falls.

Run down the mountain quickly, until big boy gets back up and follows you. you get to the cliff and he gets you. Continue with the thunder Magic, it will lose about 900 HP and die again. RUN!!!!

You should make it at least two screens down 'till he catches you. Pummel him with your last bits of magic or physical attakcs...he will die again..

Oh boy, Trouble point...the bridge. Watch out... take your time beating him hear..use physical attacks and GF

Once in the city, he's back...it'll go into FMV as he crushes a car and catches you one last time...Fight him and kill off his last HP with one last Quezocotl attack...even though he isn't dead.

Once you reach the beach it'll go into FMV scene of the X-ATM092 Getting pumped full of Lead from Quistis and you jumping onto the boat...you win..BOOM!!!!


Part 3- Balamb and SeeD Graduation

Balamb City and Garden

Draw Points:Dock(cure), Town Square(thunder)

Save Points: Hotel

WAHOO!!!! Freetime....ok, Talk to Quistis once out of the Boat. Now, you get to search Balamb, go see zell's mom, remodel weapon's, buy items...etc. then leave and head for Balamb Garden, oh yeah, don't forget about the queen of cards, she is near the Train Station or the Timber Maniacs Magazine, that is also useful later.... Don't rent a car it waste's money when you can just walk on the paved path where monsters can't get you.

SeeD Graduation

Draw Points: Training Center(Blizzard)

Save Points: Hall, Training Center, Dormitory

Once Back in The Garden head towards the Lobby and Meet XU and HEADMASTER CID, two new main characters. also Quistis is there too. After you talk with all of them, head towards the library...guess who's there, Seifer. He's all pissed about the exam, talk to him and you should hear a intercom, if not.. just head up to the 2nd floor hall to get your grades. Cid, will call you and the others to his office and you will get your diploma or some shit thing. Return to the second floor classroom and go to your study panel to get your Exam report.

After all that stuff, head to your dorm and you will find Selphie waiting for you, change clothes the same way you did before. and save your game, the head to the ball with Selphie. you can't do much at the ball except talk to Selphie, like: "will you join the Garden fest?" or something....untill it goes into a FMV and you dance with a nameless teenager who seems to like you. Then you will walk out side and Quistis will come after you, she will ask you to meet her at the training center, go change clothes again and meet Quistis by the Training Center. You and quistis should try to head to the end of the training center, the secret area.....ohh...scary. Watch out some of the monsters like the T-Rexasuar are very hard to beat so run from some of them...There is a Blizzard draw point in the training center so don't forget about that.

Once you get to the secret area Quistis talks to you and you leave, head back towards the entrance of the Training center and the young women you first saw at the first FMV, she is being attacked by three Raldos, and a Granaldo....


Boss: Granaldo and Raldos / Boss Fight / HP: 1314-9700=Granaldo, 111-6700=Raldos / Weak: Wind=raldos

Great....one of the most annoying bosses ever. First off, draw protect and shell from the Raldos, and cast them on you and Quistis. First, take out the three Raldos or else they will go berserk and kill you easily...The easy way to beat these guys is, put the Grandaldo to sleep and the Raldos wait harmlessly to be picked up, so kill them, and once the Granaldo is alone, he is very very weak against attacks, so just use your good GF's to f&% up his defenses.


After you save the Girl, white guards drop in and take her away. Leave the Training Center, and head toward the dorms to get some sleep.

When you wake up, check squall's new desk for a Weapon's Monthly(April issue) and head to the classroom to take your first test....if you want to. Also, try to get some playing cards, these are very useful later. You can also check Selphie's Diary on your study panel.

Ok, now head to the Front gate and talk with Cid and everyone else..you should learn something about your first mission, it's in Timber, etc. ok...Cid will give you a magical lamp...ALADIN!!! no....no...no...far from that. Save your game once on the world map and after saving, equip your best GF's, Magic, etc. and use the Magical Lamp.....


Boss: Diablos / Guardian Force Fight / HP: 1600-80,000 / Weak: Wind

Well, you should definitely have Draw....big time. He has Cure Magic and Demi Magic...If low health use, cure on your self..but the strongest attack against him is the Demi magic, draw it and Cast it on Diablos which should give a lot!!! of damage to Diablos, keep using demi on him until it barely works at start using Wind magic or your other GF's...But unfortunately, that won't kill him...His Gravija attack will leave your party's HP, so you can use your Limit Breaks!!!!! That will help a lot.... If all that still has not defeated this ugly bastard start using your physical attacks and BEST GF over and over. He should be about dead by now so, keep heasling yourself and Attacking him with physical attacks and Limit Breaks to finish Diablos off. You will get His card, and he will join your GF list!!!!


Now, head towards faithfull Balamb again and Catch a train to Timber.

Part 4-The Forest Owls

Train

Once on the train, Selphie will get hyper and ask for you to open the door to the Cabin hallway...hurry up and open before the Ditzy girl passes out...heh heh. Walk in to the Hall after Selphie and she is pushed up against the window saying "I love Trains!!!!", Walk into the SeeD cabin which is pretty cool, Selphie will folow you in and Zell is bouncing on the couch/seat which is rather strange...Squall is the only one not exited. But as soon as you all start falling alseep, The plot thickens...

Forest and Galbadia Hotel

Draw Points: Forest(Cure), Forest(Water)

Save Points: Galbadia Hotel

....what.....where am I....(who gives a F%$???) Here is the point in the Game where Squall, Zell, and Selphie meet....LAGUANA, KIROS and WARD, three Galbadian Soldiers....just having a fun time where ever they are...It starts off in the forest, so start Navigating through the Forest...Head towards the Log over the river, On the other side you will find a Armored vehicle...get in and you will arive in Deling City, In the Galbadian Government. Head towards the Galbadian Hotel and head to the Bar and watch the show. Talk with Kiros and Ward to get your courage up and go up to the Pianist...the rest will play out easily. Then, go to the receptianist and ask for the number of JULIA's Room....Head up the elavator and you automaticly talk to Julia...Someone will knock on the door and you have to leave....goodbye to Julia....too bad....

Timber and the Forest Owls

Save Points: Engine Room

As your party wakes up from the strange dream, the Train pulls into Timber...Squall, Zell and Selphie are puzzled from the dream, but do worry about it, just leave the train and head into Timber.

Once out, a man will say "Oh, the forest of Timber sure has changed", you say back: "But the Owls are still around"...that will let the man take you where he wants you to go. Follow the Man to a train and you will be aboard the Forest Owls base. The Man will ask you to wake up the Princess(what the hell?) So, walk through the passage to the end and...yup...it's her....Walk into the room and she will wake up and Run over and hug Squall. wierd, freaky almost. She introduces her self. Her name. RINOA, the second character you get to name. Head back to the first room and The man you talked to gives you his name, WATTS and the other one is named ZONE, Rinoa heads into the strategy room with Zone and Watts. Folow them in and talk to them they will talk secretly, that's when you should read the anarchist monthly..lots of Info on Vinzer Deling. Talk to them while they are in secret. and they will get up... They will discuss a plan for capturing The presidents car. Now you will embark on the actual mission

The Kidnapping

The plan:

1. Catch Up to the 2nd Escort Car and Sneak onboard-Easy enough..just walk and jump to the Escourt car

2. Procceed Cautiously across the roof of the 2nd escort car- Listen to the Soldiers and you'll discover the sensors don't work so just run right across it...

3. Proceed Acrross roof of President's car-Just run right across the car

4. Uncouple 1st escourt Car-Selphie and Zell are your lookouts, Once Rinoa gives you the code, type it in and go back up, and then go down once both guards are gone. Repeat this process

5. Have the Dummy Car and your Team move in after uncoupling escourt car-All up to your team in the dummy car. Finsh task within time..

6. Uncouple 2nd Escourt Car-Much harder than first, use R1 to look for the guards but do same process as first Uncoupling

7. Escape with presidents car-If job done within time limit, you done.

Now, you will all walk back into the base...save now, in the engine room. Also, equip Magic, GF anything that is powerfull, and many CURE spells(you'll see). The go see the President...

Once in the president's car, he will get up and confront you...


Boss: Fake President, Gerogero / Boss Fight / HP: 52-778 , 350-3650 / Weak: Holy, Fire and Earth

This boss has two forms, The fake president and the Undead Monster. Undead creatures are weak vs. Holy and CURE magic, so I hope you have an elxir or X-potion, that will wipe him out with one hit. You should have at least one elixir, use it. It will kill him instantely. BUT USE PHYSICAL ATTACKS ON THE FAKE PRESIDENT, NOT CURE SPELLS.

If you do not have a X-Potion or Elixir start by stocking up on Cure spells from the Fake President and then kill him...Once Gerogero appears use potions, hi potions, cure, cura, oh yeah and he has a weakness to fire so use Ifrit to wipe the bastard clean. and also make sure you draw Esuna from Gerogero so you can wipe away the abnormal status he might cast on you. You can also use Quake magic if you drew it from T-Rexasaur in the Training Center. He does not have very much health so just go right through him with Cure spells, easy enough...


Once you defeat The Boss you return to the Base and debrief. If you speak with Watts he will let you go into Timber, Select your Party and now Rinoa can be in it(ALRIGHT!!),

Draw Points: Timber Maniacs Supply Room(Blizzaga), Outside Pub(Cure), Back Alley(cure)

Save Points: Timber Hotel, Back Alley, Train Platform(Hidden)

Before you go looking for the TV station, you will want to Go to Timber Maniacs and get the Magazine "The Girl Next Door" it's lying in one of the piles in the Lobby hall, get it, you can sell it for a lot later!!! Also visit the Owls' tears near the Train tracks that are leaving Timber. You have a choice in there, 500 Gil or The Owl's Tears which restore team's HP. if you take one, you can't get the other

TV Station in Timber

Well since you are looking for the TV Station, There are Galbadian Troops in town so you will be fighting a lot. About now, you should start Equiping Diablos, so you can get the Mug Option Sooner. go to the other parts of town, If you go to the Bottom path you will end up on a screen that has a bridge that goes over a railtrack, the man standing there, will give you a free potion if Rinoa is in your party. Then keep going to the next screen and a Large building saying "Timber Maniacs" is there and next to it is a small home, ask there and she will tell you where to go. Go back out to the Last screen and go to YOUR right and on the next screen go down the stairs...there is a pub door with two Galbadian Guards guarding it. Kill them and you will get a random card, walk into the pub and there is a druken drifter blocking the door you need.

There are two ways to do this...

1. Buy the drifter a drink-He will only drink REAGAN-then he moves

2.tell him about the card-Tell him and you get another plus the one you found!!! and he moves out of the way!!!

Ok, once in the back alley save and continue down the only road you can go untill you get to the TV station. Then it goes into a Cut scene, Seifer is back and Quistis and the real President...also a new someone appears...her name...SORCERESS EDEA, But i won't spoil the Suprise.

Back in Timber

Meet up with Rinoa, and Follow her back to the home you were in before. Then you discover The base was destroyed and Zone and Watts are wandering town, Zone has tickets though for the next train, but he can't go. So take the tickets and head towards the Leaving train tracks. Get on the train and Open the door the the Hall, watch out for the Ditzy Selphie going by...Once the train gets to East Accedemy Station, get off and head towards the patch of forest in the Northwest Corner. Go through it and it will go into a forest screen.

Forest Dream....

Draw Points: Entrance(Sleep), Upper Level(confuse), Second Level under rock(Cure)

Save Points: Second Level, Second Cross road

You are Laguana again, start battling the oncoming Esthar Soldiers. After you have defeated them....here goes...First off there are two Keys you can find, but do not have to. One is near the Beginning of the Lower level, near a old piece of a wooden riot fences but you can't actually see it. The other near a big pile of debris, again you can't see it.

But anyway's...Just follow the path and you will find traps to use on Esthar Guards. Watch out for the Monsters, they have a Degenerator attack which wipes out one of your characters for the entire battle. so make sure you Save somewhere. but when you get to the Cliff area, it gets kinda hard so just becarefull and you'll make it out alive.

Once, you wake up..the others are waiting for you, so head through the forest and out it, on the other side...Galbadia Garden Waits for you...

Part 5-Galbadia Garden and Deling City

Reception

Draw Points: Center Hall;Unseen(Haste), Auditorium;Hidden(Double), Track(Shell), Locker Room(Life)

Save Points: Center Hall, Second Floor Center Hall, Back Hall

Once you arive at Galbadia Garden, Go to the 2nd Floor and Locate the Reception Room, Once you are in there. They talk about Seifer's death. Squall get's all pissed off about talking about someone in the past tense, so he runs off. Then you have controll, now is a good time to check the Garden out, get yourself to know it so you can esily find your way around later.

Once, you are ready...head to the front gate and Meet Quistis. walk out farther to meet up with the others. The headmaster will come out and talk with you and the others. and your last member of the team you meet...his name, IRVINE. a sharpshooter with a jerkish personality...his hobby: women. When the FMV completes, and the cut scene ends, go out ofGalbadia Garden and equip Irvine with a GF and go battle some monsters outside so he can draw some Magic for his supply.

After you are done catching Irvine up with the rest of the party, head to the Train station nearest to Galbadia Garden. Don't forget to open the door for Selphie....

Deling City

Draw Points: City Square(Thundara)

Save Points: Hotel Lobby

Once in Deling City, ride escalators up to city streets. Then find the bus that leaves for Caraway's mansion. Once at Caraway's mansion...speak with the guard and he will tell you to find the PIN NUMBER on a sword in the Tomb of the Unknown King. so, he will escort you out of the city...so head along the straight piece of land close to Deling City to find the Tomb of the unknown King........

Part 6-Quest to the Tomb of the Unknown King

Tomb Of the Unknown King

Draw Points: Outside Entrance(Protect), Dam Room(Float), Bridge Control Room;Hidden(Cura)

Save Points: Outside Entrance, Sacred's Chamber(Hidden), Bridge Controll room(Hidden)

Well, finding the Pin number is easy just walk in a few screens and you'll see a sword lying on the ground, search it and you have the pin number! then go back to Deling city... or you can finish the Tomb.

Buying a location finder would help. just buy it from the Guard at Caraway's mansion. What you are looking for is the Brothers GF. But before you go any farther into the Tomb, go back out and Draw some Float Spells from the Thrustaveis's. Then go back in, and head towards the far right. Battle sacred there.


Boss: Sacred / GF Fight / HP: 855-36,375 / Weak: Poison, Wind

First, cast Sacred's Protect spell on all of your party members, also stock up on the Life spell so you don't die as often. Now, cast Float on Sacred, so he can't recharge his health....Once it runs out cast it again, and use whatever other magic and GF's you want to kill him with. it as easy as that, but remember to heal yourself..he can still hurt you.


Once he disapears, you might want to save your game outside, or if you have the Find secret with the Siren, you can save in that room right there. then head to the Top of the map to open the floodgate. There is also a float drwapoint in that room. After that, head to the Left of the map and work the Drawbridge controlls then head to the center of the map to find the two brothers....i hope you have enough float spells....
Boss: Sacred and Minatour / GF Fight / HP: 855-36,375=sacred , 578-27,218=Minatour / Weak: Poison and Wind

First, you do need Float Spells because 1) it eliminates the health regeneration. 2) it removes the Mad Cow special.

Ok, first cast float on both of the Enemies. Then attack the small one first. Use Boosted GF attacks to get rid of his HP quickly, and use Hi potions and Health Magic to save your team from death. Also use Wind and Poison attacks, he is weak towards those... Just keep battering him, and recasting float spells, untill he dies. It also helps if you cast Tornado spells on them. If you are coming back from a later journey, you might of the Wind GF, use it.

For the Sacred Guy, keep him floated...Then basically do the same thing you did to the Minatour, pummle him with GF attacks and continue physical attacking him, he'll die quickly..Don't forget to reheal youself when you lose a lot of HP... Once you kill them, you get a Sacred Card amd Minatour Card, plus they become part of your GF team...


Once you kill them, lead yourself back to the enterence and head back to Deling city with the Pin Number and possibly a new GF!!!!

Part 7-The Assassination

Back to Deling City

Save Points: Caraway's Mansion, Outside Presidential Residence

First, head back to Caraway's mansion and give the I.D. Number to the Guard...

To enter the Code: Ones first, Tens second, Hundreds third...

Once he lets you by, head to the Save point and save, then Head into the mansion and talk to General Caraway. You will find out General Caraway is Rinoa's Father. He will then lead you out into the city to show you the plan of the Assassanation of Edea. He will then let you tour Deling City. Ok, so head to the Shopping arcade and get new health items, remodel your weapons....(you'll need it later) most deffinetly equip new brothers GF, boost your GF attacks, etc. Then head around town, you'll notice this is the same town that Laguana was in with Julia, the Hotel is there too!!! After you have found all the Draw points (City Square, Sewers) forget the sewers though...Then head back to Caraway's mansion and Split into two teams, Sniper Team and Gateway team. Caraway will move out with you. He will place you at your spot and lead the Gateway team into position.

Qusitis will then relize she was too hard on Rinoa and head back to the Mansion, Then Rinoa will run out and General Caraway will lock you in the room...BUMBUMBUMBUM...(you're F%$ED!!) no, just kidding, the bastard fourtunetly put in a escape route....

Rinoa's Plan

As Rinoa, you start near a car and boxes, but first find the sewer hole, and head down...go the only way you can and grab the Weapons Monthly(May Issue) then fend your way back to the ladder fighting off the scary(help me...) monsters... Return to the surface of the Sewers. Then climb the Boxes to the next level of the Residential Palace, then climb to the final level and head inside the Residential Palace. She will get attacked by Edea, and it will go into cut scene then return to...

The Puzzle

Well, you are locked in the room and you have GOT to find a way out before the parade starts, ok. you can either figure it out on your own...or...

ANSWER: The Picture that Selphie is looking at has a woman holding a glass, go to the Shelf with all of the glass wine cups, pick one up and head over to the Statue of the woman and place the cup in it's hand...

The Parade Begins

Get Squall and Irvine to the Residential Palace and climb the boxes...on the way there, you will see a familiar face in the FMV. So, climb the boxes to the top and equip your GF', etc...and get ready for a boss fight. enter where Rinoa entered earlier. The Monsters that you saw be summoned, they are attacking rinoa, and she is unconcious...so it's your turn again, Fight those evil F&*ers!


Boss: Iguions / GF Draw, Boss Fight / HP: 127-1747 / Weak: Earth, Holy

To start this boss fight off, draw the CARBUNCLE GF from either one of the Iguions, these guys are easy though...a good boosted GF can kill one with one hit...unfourtunetly it has the Stone Curse spell, which it uses on you...so make sure you have plenty of Esuna's. But whatever you do, don't use Ifrit, because he is worthless in this battle. You can also draw Esuna from the Iguions. After the battle Rinoa gets up and you she joins back into your party. But before you do anything, have Rinoa, Squall or Irvine have CARBUNCLE EQUIPED...YOU NEED IT!!! Find the Hatch(In screen before balcony over parade) and go in, there will be a sniper rifle there. You set up, while it switches back to Quistis and co. B

The Sewers...

Draw Points: Sewers(Esuna), Sewers(Zombie), Sewers; Hidden(Bio)

Save Points: Entrance and Exit

Once you are in the sewers, Follow this to get out...

1)Hitch a Ride up on the water wheel

2) Walk through Hallway

3) Take far Left path across bridge

4) Head down far hallway

5) Head up to High right pathway

6) Head down Hallway

7) Head to far right path across bridge

8)Head down pathway

9) Go down Water wheel and head to bottom right path

10) Do the exact same as last step

11) Repeat last step

12) Head down hallway

13) Head towards notheast pathway

14) Head down pathway

15) Hitch ride on water wheel to get to pathway

16) Head down hallway

17) Save and continue up the ladder

While you are in the sewers quistis can get a Lvl? Death magic from the Curse Spikes the creeps drop, it gives her a new blue magic limit break...

once you climb the ladder, keep climbing to the top floor, hit the button and it will go into FMV.

The Sorrceress Fight and The Return of a Familiar Face

As you rise up, Irvine fires and the bullet is stopped by the Sorrcesses's Field...Squall then pops down onto a car and drives to the Gateway and the Fight Begins...


Boss: Seifer / Boss Fight / HP: 176-1150 / Weak: Poison

Of course, Seifer's first battle stage is very easy, his physical attacks are weak, and so is his limit break. if you are lucky, your GF's should wipe Seifer out in two or three well placed hits. but other than that, just physical attack and poison him untill he dies.


Once seifer goes down, your two budies join you...
Boss: Sorrceress Edea / Boss Fight / HP: 1300-7000 / Weak: NONE

Make sure that one of your party has the Carbuncle GF, it cast's reflect on the entire party...so summon carbuncle to start the battle off. Edea uses lots of magic, strong magic. But ofcourse, she uses dispell on you to get rid of reflect, but while she does that with 3 of her turns, you can summon GF's, Attack her, cast Magic on her, etc. Use the third character to summon carbuncle again and she will repeat her Dispell, and you repaeat this process untill she dies...but you can draw some pretty sweet magic from her, like Double, Dispell, etc. If you have Carbuncle, this battle will be really easy...

Part 8-The Dream in Winhill

Laguana is alive

Draw Points: Laguana's Bed Room;Hidden(Curaga), Boat Dock(Dispel), Road(Drain), Road;Hidden(Reflect)

Save Points: Laguana's Bedroom

When you wake up, a little girl will run ito the room you are in...YOU ARE LAGUANA!!!...again. Go and visit the Pub and speak with Kiros, he is alive too. You will show Kiros what you do...follow the road to the Item Shop, then return back to the Pub and Speak with Raine..she will ask you to go to bed, but first check around the town...you have a extra 3,000 Gil in your money. so spend it as you please, look for the Draw points and stock up on Spider webs for Quistis's weapon. Then go to sleep in the room you woke up in...

Part 9- D-District Prison

Weapon Heist and Biggs and Wedge

Draw Points: 9th Floor Cell(Beserk), 11th Floor Cell(Thundaga)

Save Points: 1st Floor Cell(Hidden), 6th Floor Cell, 10th Floor Cell, Large Controll Room(Hidden)

When you start waking up from the dream and have controll over zell, talk to everyone until you have to go find the weapons...Watch out though, the floors are paved with enemies, so head to the 8th floor and battle the two guards guarding the weapons, they are kinda hard because they use potions a lot, after getting the weapons, return to the cell and you will give the weapons back to their owners, then guess who comes back...


Boss: Biggs and Wedge / Boss Fight / HP: 1467-2235=Biggs, 1416-2139=Wedge / Weak: NONE

First off biggs and wedge are a little harder but you can draw Reflect and Regen from them, also if you have the mug ability you can the goods from them...heh heh, anyways a few good boosted GF hits should knock them out, but what iz really easy is casting zombie on them then casting their own regean spell on them...it works every time, also you can confuse them to get some funny words out of them... other than that..have fun with this battle...


on your way up to the 13th floor you can have card games to win stuff like money, HP UP, Potion, etc...

Escaping the Prison

To find squall you need to head to the very top, which is not an easy task, so keep going up and fighting the monsters every once and a while....once you reach the top, go to squall's chamber a free him...The party will decide to use the lift down, so use it the way he instructs you too, then once at the bottom it will go back up to get zell, save him from the guards. You will then meet up with Irvine and....RINOA!!! she is all pissed off at Irvine, but that's ok..Well, He will tell you to go to the top of the Prison, so head back to the 13th floor, watch out the guards are everywhere! then head up another level, and keep going untill it switches back to Irvine's party.


Ok, now that you are back with Irvine, take his party to the third floor. You will know what to do then...(yeah)

It will switch back to Squall, Go through the very top door and the alarm will go off. fight the 2 GIM52A's and the Elite Soldier. BOSS FIGHT!

 


Boss: 2 GIM52A's and Elite Soldier / Boss Fight / HP: 148-4940=Elite Soldier, HP: 1431-19400=GIM52A

BUM BUM BUM! Ok, first you should know that the Soldier helps the GIM52A's with health and protects, so kill the soldier first or else you will be here for a while. He's not to hard to beat up. Once he's out of the way, use dispel on the 2 robots then hit them with lots of thunder magic and your GF Quezacotl. Then thew will run out pretty soon.


Ok, now once you beat him run across the platform and the Prison will start to sink. You will be thrown onto the rail. Climb quickly across or It's Gameover for you my freind...

 

You will drive out to a fork in the road and here comes the big turn point in the game. Just listen and pick your party. Then you will head off to the Missle Base.

Part 10- Galbadia Missle Base

Setting up the Launch

Draw Points: Missle Launch Bay(full-life), Observation Deck(Blind), Circuit Room(Blizzara)

Save Points: Base Enterance, Outside Missle Launch Bay

Oh boy, the big missle base. Ok, when inside go to the Building and walk inside. Examine the ID card slot next to the door. Someone will mention that they found it in the car. You will get in. Once inside the actual base, go down the stairs and go left.. It's hard to see. It will take you to the obvsevation deck. There will be a few soldiers. Talk to them and do their thing.

Got to the Missle launch bay and speak to the Maitenence Soldier. After talking, return to the Overservation deck and talk with the soldiers again. After they are occupied, go to the main hallway near the enterance and go inside the circuit room after mingling with the gaurd. Go inside and cause a blackout. Walk outside and keep cool with the gaurds. Go back to the Missle Launch Bay and assist the others with loading the missles.(oh goodie!)

Ok, now that you are cool with the guards, go outside the Missle Bay and alter the Error Ratio, turn it up to full error. Ok, done wit that.

Blowing the Base

Ok, go up the stairs near the Panel to enter the Controll room. GUESS WHAT??? three guards are there and you gotta beat 'em up. Fight them off then try to find the three correct panels and switch them to deactivate the missles. Then go into the next room and set the self destruct time limit. If you are not sure, pick 20 minutes. that opens the door closest to you which leads outdside. UH OH...

 


Boss: BGH251F2 / Boss Fight / HP: 4200-8400 / Weak: Thunder, Earth, Water

Well, what the hell is this big boy. He is actually fairly easy... With so many weakness's..jsut use your best GF's and those types of magics and physical attacks to. That's all you have to do. SERIOUSLY!

Once he blows up, 3 Guards appear. Kill them..they are really easy. And you are done. EASY BOSS!!!


Now, sit back and watch the FMV. Too bad you lose your party FOREVER...(just kiddin)

Part 11- The Return to Balamb Garden.

Helping The SeeD members

Draw Points: Front Gate(Cure), Cafeteria(Demi);Hidden, Training Center(Blizzard), Library(Esuna), MD Level(Full-Life)

Save Points: Squall's Room, Training Center, MD Level

HAHAHAH! We are back at Balamb Garden. but, umm... There is a battle beween NORG and Headmaster Cid.

What you do is when asked who's side you are on, say NORG's to avoid a battle. but to advance you need to help the SeeD members in each area of the Garden. Be carefull.... All the battles you fight are not escapable. So have plenty of HP. It also helps to have the GF command on the list of abbilities.

Oh right, when you save the SeeD's talk to them to get a Item. It always will help

To find Headmaster Cid, what you do is save all the SeeD's then find Xu on the 2nd floor. She will take you to the 2nd floor... A new area(wow!!! no, not wow) LOOK!!!! IT"S HEAD MASTER CID! You will explain everything. then he will send you to the MD level.

MD Level

Ok, once you reach the MD level, what you do is go down the hallway that first shows up. At the end of the hallway is a hatch you need to open. It's not too hard to see. Open it and climb down. This room is all round and no where else to go but into the door across from you. Go through the door and you will find a large, massive wheel you need to turn. Turn it again and again until you get it turned. It will lower the round room to a new level, climb down to the next lower level and go through the door. The next part will show a large pillar, find the ladder on it and climb up it. When you are in the computer room turn everything on then go back down. you will find a green light which is pointing to a ladder. Go down the ladder to find a new save point. BEFORE GOINING ANY FURTHER: EQUIP FIRE MAGIC AND IFRIT AND ICE MAGIC AND SHIVA. Then pull the lever and walk over to the garage.


Boss: OilBoyles / Boss Fight / HP: 1068 / Weak: Ice/ Absorbs Fire

Ok now, this battle is very easy if you have ifrit all boosted up and good to use. Once the battle starts, summon Ifrit, Fire magic and another fire magic. That should bring down their HP pretty well, now do that over two more times. If he has casted any abnormalties on you cure yourself with the Esuna from the Oilboyles. Ok, just repeat the fire magic, ifrit thing. Once you run out or Ifrit is knocked out, cast Ice magic or shiva on them. That should kill them right there..If it doesn't....wow...you suk....just kiddin.


Once you defeat them, go farther through the rooms to find a old, machine...walk up to it's controll panel and activate the machine... That should get the Garden in the air! and you are done wit the Under ground level!!!

NORG The Garden Master

Draw Points: Wreckage(Bio);Unseen

Ok, once you get back to the main level head for the second floor deck. you will kinda get a big suprise. Then go up to Cid's Office to find him pondering the new controll panel and getting pissed about where he is going to sleep... Once you talk to him leave and you will go to sleep.

You will wake up in your room. What you want to do is go to the elevators and go down to the NORG room where Cid and NORG are arguing... guess what? You fight him.


Boss: NORG The Garden Master / Boss Fight / HP: 4400-12200 / Weak: Wind / Immune: Fire

Ok, well. I have found NORG is one of the hardest bosses in the game. He uses a Pod to protect himself, and the orbs on the pod use magic against you. Here's the trick: Blue means it is the least ready, Yellow means it's warming up and red means it's ready to cast magic. You will want to hit the orbs to change back to blue.By doing this(using two characters)you may not ever get it by the orbs. Use the third party member to go for the center. The other way of going about this fight is to cast the carbuncle GF on your party members. Which will reflect MOST (not all) of the magic cast upon you. Then all three can go at Pod thjen later, NORG. Also, NORG's Pod and his body are really weak towards wind magic. so, hopefully you have some wind magic with you. Most GF's work well against NORG too. If you have the Mug ability, the two orbs have some really good stuff. and don't forget to draw leviathan from him.


After your battle with NORG get the Bio drawpoint at the wreckage. Then go to the infirmary and visit Cid. After you see him, you will need to find Xu at the directory. She is looking for the headmaster. You will find out that a ships is outside. Go to the 2nd floor and go outside, Several men in white suits are standing there. They are the White SeeD's. Now you will need to find ellone, yes the little kid. although not little any more. She is in the library. Talk to her and she will go to the SeeD ship. Bye Bye ellone!

Part 12- The City in the Middle of the Sea

Fisherman's Horizon

Save Points: Train Tracks

Draw Points: Crane Arm with Man(Full-Life);Hidden, FH Junk Shop(Shell), Mayor's House(Ulitma);Unseen, Train Tracks(Regen), Train Station(Haste)

After you crash into FH. (what a moronic driver) First, Get the Ocult Fan 3 from the man on the crane arm.Work your way  to the center of FH. There will be a big house, That's the mayors house. go in and speak with the mayor on the 2nd floor. He is a non-violent type of guy so he doesn't want anything to do with you. But then the Galbadian Goverment Shows up. UH OH! heheh. Follow them to the train station and watch and listen while the Mayor Gets the shits in his pants. But of course, Galbadian soldiers never show up with out a fight....


Boss: BGH251F2 (2nd) / Boss Fight / HP: 5100-7800 / Weak-Thunder, Water, and Earth / Immune-Poison

Well, lemme think. This is too easy. Same as the first boss? YUP! Just use the same technique's as the last time and he'll go down like a fly.


After you defeat BGH251F2, Your other party members show up.WAHOO! and the Mayor accepts to helping you repair the Garden. Well, that settles it! we are leaving! no.......i think not. Return to the Garden after buying anything you want at the stores.

Balamb Garden

First, you are going to want to visit selphie over at the quad. She's really depressed. Cheer her up...or let her suffer. But you gotta go anyways. Then Cid will want you up on the bridge. The NEW bridge. Sometime around while squall is walking around. The rest of the party is selecting intruments. and you are going to need to make a song.

Slow Dance: Sax, Elec. Guitar, Piano, Bass Guitar / Irish Jig: Guitar, Violin, Flute, Tap

Going back to squall: Go and save, because you havn't gotten a chance for a bit. Then head for the mayor's house. Everyone will be playing there instrument. Go to the right of the stage and examine the NUDIE magazine on the ground. After a big fight with Rinoa, go to bed. In the morning go up to the bridge and leave Fisherman's Horizon... Head towards Balamb.

Part 13- The Wrath of Raijin and Fujin
