Dark Clouds over Anuire.

Dark clouds again form over Anuire, as regents starts preparing for a new round in
the battle for supremacy.
Since the last Sword and Crown only minor skirmishes have erupted between the
nobles of Anuire, but that seems to be changing as major players like Gavin Tael,
Darien Avan, Aeric Boeruine and Carilon Alam again start training ever increasing
numbers of soldiers.
And it will no doubt help fire the fuze, that realms like Roesone, Brosengae, Cariele
and Elinie have become more devious and aggressive in their diplomatic dealings of late.
Woodcutters Killed.

Several woodcutters was a few days ago killed near the notorious Spiderfell.
They where part of The Spider River traders, trying to get some of the highly
prized trees that resides in the Fell.
Some of the citizens around the Fell has petisioned their repective regents
to get a decree to prevent further angering the Spider.
The Spiderfell is the only place left to get these the special lumber, that are
so highly prized by the artisans and craftsmen around in Anuire.
The only other places where lumber like this can be found, is in
the Erabannien, and in the Sielwode, but even the most money grubing
guild would dare to fell trees from those forests.
An old farmer found the remains of the last woodcutter team sent to the Fell.
Of the 30 who was sent, only a few half eaten limbs are remaining.
Dangerous Seas?
The Seadeake, rearing its ugly head again in the Straits of Aerele to the south, has
begun demanding tribute from passing ships and destroying coastal villages.
Strangely, it has been leaving the pirates of Mieres alone, allowing the humans to claim
their own bounty.
Is the Gorgon again prepearing for war?
The Guardians of Mhoried, that kingdom's army, have kept very busy latly. Scouts have
observed goblin and dwarf forces -the combined armies of Markazor and Mur-Kilad -training
together in Markazor.
As the Gorgon commands theses two domains, the Mhor is bracing his kingdom against the
abomination's inevitable onslaught:
Historically, the awnshegh marches through Mhoried first.
And, as always, goblin raids remain frequent along the Markazor-Mhoried border.
Also the East face dangers
The greatest threats in the East come from the Chimaera living nearby and from Khinasi
raiders.
Ghoere's expansionist urgest make that domain to teh west an ever-present threat, too.
Finally, eleves still carry on the gheallie Sidhe from the safety of their Sielwode
homeland.
Big galla at the Imperial Palace
The Chamberlain has invated every major regent in the old Empire
to a grand galla at the Imperial Palace in memorial of the fallen
Empire.
It has been 550 years since Michael Roele, the last Emperor, died
and the Empire fall into civil war and unrest.
Most nobles has already accepted the invitation, making this the biggest
gathering of the blood since the Sword and Crown.
