Let it be known that upon order of her ladyship; Baronessess Marlae Roesone of Roesone, in the first year of her rule, this have been passed as Law in her domain;

-that anyone who so wishes may seek their fame and fortune as an adventurer, with her ladyship's; Baroness Marlae Roesone of Roesone, blessings, and is given the following rights upon presenting themselves before her ladyship, and receiving her acceptance;

-free pass to travel anywhere in the domain of Roesone, unhindered by tolls or taxes!

-free lodgings in any military barracks on equal terms of any soldier serving the domain!

In return for these privileges an adventurer must swear to uphold the laws of the land, protect its inhabitants, and defend the realm in times of war!
