What I think about the verious books, and a small summary
The Iron Throne The Iron Throne where the first book writen for the Birthright fans, and
as a book representing BR, it's quite good.
The book is set to about 500 hundred years ago in Cerilia, at the time
when the Empire crumbeld.
The main characters is Michael Roele, the last Emperor of Anurie and his
long time friend and Chamberlain, ?????.
Author: Simon Hawke
I give it 7/10.
War War is the sequel of The Iron Throne.
It is set a few years after Iron Throne, and have
some new characters, but are clearly a continueation of it's prepresseor (sp?).
This book has the strugle between Avanil and Boeruine, the main contenders for
the Throne, as one of it's main theams.
We also meet ???? the son of ???? and the Chamberlian (who in fact don't know of his
bastard son).
Again as The Iron Throne a book that contains a good BR feel, and it's
more then adiquite as entertainment, and "sourcebook" for BR.
Author: Simon Hawke
I give it 7/10
Greatheart This book is mainly set in the elven realm of Sielwode.
It's main character is then maybe a little surpriseing a young human.
The book tell the tale of a human youth who through the death of his
parents by the hands of goblins, came into the care of the elfs of Sielwode.
We follow him through his first years and intill he's a full grown man.
A good book which can safely be read by anyone, even though you've never
heard about BR before.
Author: Dixie Lee McKeone
I give it 6/10
The Spider's Test The Spider's Test is about how Richard Endier fights
to establish his own domain at the border of Spiderfell.
He is attacked by scores of goblins and giant spiders, and at last he had to
contront The Spider himself.
The Spider once known as Tal-Qazar the Goblin King, is now once of the foulest Awnshegs
in Anurie, and a major threat to the safty of a lot of farmers and settlers.
