Fiona Mac Arthur’s Chicken Myers
Serves 4-6
Cooking time 45minutes to one hour
Oven Temperature 180degrees
4 Chicken Breasts (could be cut up)
Fresh or Frozen Peas/Peas
1 x can of Campbell’s condensed Chicken or Mushroom Soup
4 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
4 tablespoons of natural or Greek yoghurt
Dijon mustard
Teaspoon or dessertspoon of curry powder
Seasoning
Low fat Cheddar to grate for the top
In an oven bowl put the broccoli on the bottom and then the chicken. Then the sauces and seasoning. Half way through the cooking sprinkle the cheese on top
