| TO: President George W. Bush
LET US RAISE A GENERATION OF CHILDREN WHO WILL LAUGH THE PRO-DEATH MENTALITY AND LEGISLATION TO SCORN UNIVERSALLY Subjects of the Complaint: Bishop Paul Loverde, Transgeneral/Highmark, Arlington County Police Department, Falls Church Police Department, et al. Main References: * 2006-003714 - Office of Inspector General/U.S. Department of Justice * 166233 at Civil Rights Division/Title 6 Coordination & Review, etc. * Arlington County Police Department case no. 010619052 * All other handling by all other agencies, including but not limited to Federal Bureau of Investigation, Office of Professional Responsibility of the FBI, U.S. Attorneys Office and OPR re M03825-05 and M03826-05 The complaint as referenced in the above list is not limited to the references in this list as these are only the main references. Therefore, in supplying the main references of the complaint, it is the intention and purpose of the undersigned to reference the complaint and root criminal case and matter -- reported, on record, or not -- in all its ramifications to whatever agencies and in all its issues for its entire history, including prior to its initial report to law enforcement as well as ongoing. Hereafter, this is referred to as the complaint. For more information about this complaint, please visit the website of the petition author: www.geocities.com/duevoltetre. The citizens of this country and all with the legitimate right of access to our laws should have the freedom to access as instruments the laws of this country and the democratic process for all the benefit and advantage this can afford and be able to expect these to function for the purpose for which they were established rather than that anyone should find himself unable to effectively exercise his rights and freedoms because of a special interest or a powerful person capable of influencing government agencys handling, including insuring that records are not made or become inaccessible. Our laws and rights should carry the necessary weight to equalize each person before the law so that the rights of no one are disregarded, and this is meant to especially defend the rights of the weak, the defenseless, the vulnerable. For instance, the aged, the infirm, children, the unborn, the disabled, the poor, the homeless, the marginalized. When someone or some interest can manipulate those who enforce laws, and thus the laws themselves, our democracy and our laws are rendered purposeless and of no avail, indeed, for the very persons they were written to protect the most because it would be expected that such persons would require the protection of the laws. The complaint, handled for justice to the full extent and benefit of the law and government, can eradicate corruption. And specifically, the anti-abortion methodology issues in the complaint are as lynchpins that would eradicate abortion in particular along with its progressive agenda supports in the society and economy. These supports in the society are not just, and regardless of the laws that support them, are incongruous to the spirit of our Constitution and Declaration of Independence. The manipulation of the laws by those charged with enforcing them to accommodate a special interest or powerful person is corrupt, and this corruption too is inconsistent with the spirit of our Constitution and Declaration of Independence, the government created by our founding fathers. The complaint has merit and qualification but has not been handled for the procurement of justice. Therefore, we, the undersigned, request that the President of these United States of America put on a fast track the complaint, in all its issues reported, on record, or not -- and in all its possible ramifications to whatever government agency that saw and/or handled it, and insure that it be investigated officially and handled for the procurement of justice on all levels of law enforcement for its entire history including prior to its report to law enforcement as well as ongoing, as would yield justice most effectively to the goal specified here: the procurement of justice in the immediate complaint in all its aspects, ramifications and history, and the eradication of corruption and abortion and the economic and legal support of the progressive agenda as a result, by virtue of the agency and/or action and/or process of whatever government agency and/or court system, on whatever level necessary, especially and including the U.S. Supreme Court. We additionally request any and all benefit and advantage that would facilitate this goal, including but not limited to the waiving and/or extending of any and all applicable statutes of limitations for the entire history of the complaint and in all its issues in every agency to which the matter of the complaint in part or in whole has been seen and/or handled, including any issues and handling that are as a result of the complaint, and reform to prevent future corruption. Accordingly, we request the procurement of justice in the immediate complaint in all its issues and for its entire history, past and ongoing, according to what we describe in this petition but not limited to that. And so we request all the benefit and advantage that the U.S. Government can provide on all levels and agencies, federal, state, and local, to procure what we have requested in this petition, and that the President of the United States of America personally handle the requests of this petition on a fast-track and insure the matter through the various processes and handling necessary to arrive at the stated goal prior to the end of his term in office as President. A good number of the undersigned voted Mr. Bush into office and for the precise purpose of ending abortion. Abortion will not end by merely outlawing it, but requires reform such as would be procured by the handling of the complaint for justice in the manner stated. We the undersigned are certain that Mr. Bush would very much like to fulfill that promise before his last term as President of these United States of America ends, and we support him in this effort and thus make this petition because the procurement of justice in this complaint will make all other pro-life initiatives effective. Additionally, the eyes of the world are watching the United States of America on this matter, and those of good will are displeased with the handling of this complaint, not only as regards the procurement of justice that would eradicate corruption and abortion and obtain justice in the immediate complaint, but also because the handling per se is scandalous and unseemly for a country that is a world leader in principle and economically, especially after the matter of similar handling of sex abuse cases has revealed obscene favor afforded the clergy in particular. True Catholics do not perceive this protection of priests who commit crimes or atrocities to be a defense of the Church at all because true Catholics divorce themselves from this behavior on the part of priests, do not condone it, and do not wish to support it in any fashion, including taxpayer monies from which the law enforcement agents who afford this license to the clergy draw their salaries and in defiance of the laws taxpayers have established through the democratic process. And there are Catholics all over the world who take exception to this state of affairs and have confidence in the President of the United States of America to take the necessary action to eliminate such circumstances with the procurement of justice in this complaint and reform. Therefore, we the undersigned are making the matter and request known to the President of the United States so that he can place the matter on a fast-track and exact its handling for justice in its entirety and further reform and thus eradicate the corruption that procures the handling that has been historically provided for the complaint, which handling for the procurement of justice would eradicate abortion as a result as well. In this fashion the President can do the necessary to divorce the United States of America from such wrongdoing as would be apparent from the handling of this complaint so far. |
