Shut the door on the shallow and immediate gratifications, and open the door of profound experiences that fill you with unspeakable satisfaction and joy. Pray, so that you can appreciate it. If you're not ready for that, then you're not ready for marriage. And if you're not ready for marriage, you should find something to focus on. Start by growing up, and then helping others, but don't sleep with anyone you're not married to and whom you don't accept completely, including the body functions that will bring forth a child. And if you are ready to accept that person entirely, but that person is not ready for you, have the respect for yourself that's necessary to realize it's just not time yet, or that you need to find another. Realize that you're playing with fire, with people's lives when you don't do this, including and starting with your own, even if you can and want to shirk responsibility. It's not just a good time. The romance serves the purpose of a permanent bonding effect that requires a daily renewal of commitment to the woman and all that the relationship brings, and not to help you out of a lonely slump just for now.
