Thank You For Shopping at tha Balla Zone! Before making a purchase ALL customers must read, agree, and understand our policy statement. Without this agreement being made you will be completely unable to shop or look at our products offered.
Our policy statement consist of how to order, payment method, shipping, returns, and refunds.
How To Order/Payment
Making a purchase from the Balla Zone is very fast and easy. You just simply print out the order form after you have filled it out and send it along with a Money Order to the address below...

The Money Order should cover your entire order(including shipping & handling) and be made payable to Steven Luster. Also, you are COMPLETELY responsible for sending the correct amount and if you don't send enough you will only recieve what you pay for. Shipping & Handling fees are only applied one time per. product type, for example you can order as many cds or t-shirts or whatever as you want but you will only have to pay the fee once.
Shipping
20th Street Ballaz business hours are 9am-6pm(Monday-Sunday).
After your order is recieved it will be processed either that same day or the following day. Once your package is ready you will be notified by telephone or email. Anything ordered will be mailed off the day you are notified and you can expect it in 5-7 business days.
Returns/Refunds
There will be NO refunds or NO returns on messed up orders that are the own customers fault. For example, not sending enough money, ordering the wrong product, selecting the wrong sizes,etc. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER & TOTAL for accuratecy. But...we will exchange or refund for mistakes on our part such as sending the wrong item, cds that don't play, or products that have gone out of stock temporary before your order reached us. Here at the Balla Zone we take much pride in having quality business for our fans so you don't have to worry about that.
Donations(Optional)
For all our generous fans, donations to the Balla Fund can be made the same way as orders...just get the Money Order and send it. This would be very much appreciated becasue it will help pay for future studio recordings, shows, promotional material, out of town trips, and most of all keep this site up and running.
