My Traxxas T-MAXX 2.5
Traxxas T-Maxx 2.5

My Traxxas T-Maxx 2.5 with a Ford F-150 Proline body and RPM rims.

The T-Maxx 2.5 is awesome. The new engine has so much power it does not need any hop ups....but that would be boring. I plan on doing a little to the engine but for now, stock is just great. So far I have done a few upgrades. The first thing to get was the aluminum piggyback shocks from Integy. They are great, and with the Trinity blue springs, you can't beat the set up. I also got aluminum bumpers, a Venom on-board temp guage / fail safe, and a Cirrus on-board battery checker. I have a 1100mah Nimh 5 cell receiver pack also. In street trim, the T-Maxx has Proline Roadrage tires on RPM blue claw rims (wide off-set). The off-road tires/rims are stock Traxxas and work well in the dirt.

I definitely like the Motorsaver air filter. That made a big difference to me. Better acceleration and top speed. I also have a Robinson Racing (RRP) steel spur gear, a Cirrus CS-80MG BB servo, ACNCM head/chassis braces/wheel hexes, JNR Racing skid plates/servo guard/bumpers, Megatech anodized blue aluminum carrying handle, Lunsford titanium shafts, blue anodized aluminum fuel filter, yellow fuel lines, XXX High temp glow plug wire, RAM Tech wheelie bar, and a Dubro exhaust deflector.
