Joe has been a New Jersey storyteller for 13 years and tells literary tales, tall tales, folk tales, and ghost stories. He was an invited swap teller at the New Jersey Heritage Trail Storytelling Festival. He tells stories regularly at the Central Jersey Young Authors Conference, Doylestown, Pa.�s Mercer Museum, Trenton Heritage Days, the Hamilton Septemberfest, and Poricy Park. He has also told at the NJ State House in Trenton, The Lower Makefield Society for the Performing Arts, the Bridgewater Organization of Women in University Life, the New Brunswick Book Fair, The Central New Jersey Mensa Organization, the Trenton Old Barracks, at various adult social and professional meetings, and at schools, libraries, scouting events, and community festivals. He has also conducted storytelling workshops for the Bucks County Librarians Association, the Garden State Storytellers' League, and at the Teen Arts Festivals in Mercer and Middlesex Counties.
Joe is a member of the League of New Jersey Storytellers, the Garden State Storytellers� League, the National Story League, the National Storytelling Network, the Storytellers School of Toronto and Toastmasters International. He lives in Bound Brook and is a retiree form Telcordia Technologies where he worked as software professional. He has been a docent at New Jersey�s Capitol State House in Trenton and is now a docent at the Liberty Science Center and at the Heritage Trail Association�s Van Horne House.
