I would just like to say "Thank you" for visiting my web site.  I created this site for family and friends who are out of town and would just like to see what's going on "back home".

We're very rural here.  I can remember as a child living on a dirt road, walking to my grandmothers and not seeing one car.  The dirt road is now paved, and traffic is much heavier.

The rural feeling is still the same.  Family members continue to raise cattle and gardens.  Children still fish and play in the pond by the house where I grew up.

There are more people around and it's a faster time or so it seems.  The more things change the more they stay the same.  The seasons still change in the same fashion, slowly as if trying to surprise you.  The new mother deer is shy about showing off the young additions to the family.  The wild turkeys walk in a brilliant parade; things are going on as they always have.

This newsletter is dedicated to my Father and Mother.  I would also like to mention my Sister who's living so far away and inspired the creation of this newsletter.
