The Duchy of Argyll and Saint Paul Declaration of Independance
As a Sovereign independant nation whose Head of State is Jesus Christ we do solemly make this declaration that we shall adhere to and administer the laws of the Holy Bible and those civilian laws , in as much as they do not contravene any Law or Directive as detailed in the Holy Bible.
We further accept as our Head of State until the return of our Sovereign Lord, Jesus Christ, Her Grace Patricia Iona Duchess of Argyll and Saint Paul, her heirs and successors, or were no such heir exists a citizen shall be appointed by a majority vote creating them the Head of the Principality. The Government in conjunction with the appointed members of the House of Peers, and the elected representatives of the House of Delegates and Peerage shall act as if a continuance of the royal line is extant.. It is further declared that when the independant and Sovereign Nation of the Duchy of Argyll and Saint Paul is ask to serve as a member of any United Nations action we the people of the Principality willing adhere to the principles of the United Nations and all its declared objectives, of which we are a willing signatory. We do also severally declare that as an independant nation it is our right and obligation to protect the people of the Principality, it's Sovereign, Parliament and Diplomats acting on behalf of the Principality or the United Nations without fear or favour for any material reward save the costs associated with any such actions. |
