ESAPCO is currently seeking two individuals to fill our expanding fabrication department. Both full-time positions offer a unique opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of our family of companies.

 Roll-Form Specialist/Lead Person

Individual filling this position is responsible for the setup and ongoing development of our new roll-form fabrication department.

Qualifications

Ideal applicant will possess hands-on roll-form experience, including but not limited to the following: knowledge and operation of roll-form machines, setup and retooling of roll-form machines and machinery related to the roll-form metal fabrication process, troubleshooting and resolving issues common during production, product testing and operations, and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of a developing department and product line.

Other requirements include a background in product development (setup to finish), the ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints, and a keen understanding of the roll-form metal-fabrication process. CAD experience is also helpful but not required.

Applicant must be self-motivated, willing to adapt to change and capable of meeting the demands of a fast-paced and growing company. Pay commensurate with experience.

Mechanical Engineer/Product Development

Individual filling this position is responsible for the development, testing, and production of a new line of specialized heating units.

Qualifications

Ideal applicant must have manufacturing experience related to heating units designed for various applications. Metal fabrication experience and an extensive knowledge of materials and heat interactions are required to ensure the competent and safe development of the product line.

Additional requirements include but are not limited to the following:  HVAC design and mechanical experience and knowledge, hands-on product design and development, CAD background, ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings and troubleshoot design issues, and the knowledge and ability to take an idea from paper to production.
