Job Description
Responsible for providing the Quality Improvement Team with data gathering and tracking, utilization review monitoring and implementation, planning and implementing the performance improvement program to meet the needs of Hillcrest Family Services; Provides education to agency staff to improve and increase the quality of services being provided and documentation created; Facilitates performance improvement activities and continuous quality improvement activities throughout Hillcrest Family Services; Assists with preparation for agency committees; Aids with preparation for all regulatory body surveys, i.e., Joint Commission, Department of Inspections and Appeals, etc.
