Job Description
Medical Associates Clinic is seeking a certified or eligible Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician for a full time position in our clinical laboratory located in Dubuque, Iowa. Weekend and holiday hours are very minimal. A typical weekend schedule would include one of two rotations: one Sunday per month or two Saturday shifts per six weeks. Holiday rotations include one holiday per 3 year rotation. Our clinic is closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving. Testing includes chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, serology, blood bank and minimal microbiology. We have laboratories at two campuses in Dubuque that perform high volume, quick turn-around time testing on state of the art equipment that is interfaced to an LIS and EMR. We also perform testing for various satellite offices in the Medical Associates/Mercy Family Care Network.
