Higher Education has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative in our Business & Economics (B&E) Group based in Dubuque, IA. Responsibilities:
 
  • Growing business and maximizing sales of content solutions (digital assets, custom solutions, and text books) to colleges, universities, and community colleges throughout assigned territory
  • Developing strong relationships with faculty and administrators
  • Identifying new product acquisition opportunities, both print and digital
  • Working with the Editorial and Marketing departments to leverage products and develop new sales tools.

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Sales experience required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, must be technology savvy
  • Strong communication skills, superior work ethic and the ability to foster client relationships
  • Must be enthusiastic, ambitious, highly motivated and well organized
  • Business to business Inside Sales experience preferred
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new products and processes
  • Desire to grow through professional development
