Job DescriptionHead Football Coach The University of Dubuque has a position vacancy for Head Football Coach. Responsibilities: the organization and administration of the football program; recruitment of students who are athletes; the planning and application of competent, knowledgeable coaching methods and strategies for practices and games. The coach will have excellent character traits, a cooperative attitude in working with administration, and a willingness to promote the football program. This person is responsible for supervising the assistant coaches and graduate assistants, endorsing and supporting other sports, developing relationships with campus constituents and actively participating in all aspects of University life. The coach will be expected to uphold the policies, rules and regulations of the University of Dubuque, the Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and NCAA Division III. This is a full time position and the review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. Qualifications: MA preferred, previous college coaching and teaching experience, and demonstrated knowledge of NCAA, IIAC, and institutional rules and regulations.
