The college is currently seeking a qualified individual to assume the role of Executive Director of Development. Under the direction of the Vice President for Institutional Advancement, the Executive Director is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and soliciting major and leadership annual fund gifts for the college. The Executive Director will also manage staff responsible for gift development, annual giving, alumni affairs, grant writing, gift processing, stewardship, and prospect research. Primary responsibilities include:
Qualifications include: A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required along with a minimum of five years experience as a major gift officer and a successful track record in soliciting five and six figure gifts. In addition, the candidate must be willing to travel nationwide as necessary.
