The essential responsiblities of this position include:

• Perform routine maintenance on all computer systems throughout the company
• Perform utilities and upgrades on all systems
• Perform upgrades to software and hardware at all locations
• Troubleshoot software and hardware at all locations
• Troubleshoot network problems for all local and remote company stores
• Troubleshoot phone lines and Internet connections at all local and remote stores
• Traveling to stores throughout the company
• Other daily duties as assigned by the IT Network Administrator
