| Welcome to the home of the nascent analyses of a young, ardent, literature adherent. It is my endeavor to read all that is of consequence in the realm of English language and translated literature, and then muse critically over each piece. Here, one will find the more concrete and coherent of my musings. Each book is rated according to the system I have devised. It's supposed to symbolize the infinite shades of grey inherent in literary criticism; however, it only has five levels. The lighter the shade, the more I enjoyed a given piece of literature. The main caveat one should bear in mind while perusing this site is that I am rather young, and was even younger when I wrote much of what one can see here. It is as much a chronicle of my intellectual progress as anything else. I am largely unapologetic about my thoughts, and strive always to be, above all, earnestly honest. A sampling: |
