If you can fight with the best of them, your gonna be in the elite of the elite, and be treated like one. Classes: Standard Soldier: -Occasionally will have your repair shortened by the Federation. Rarely get advanced technology, but will receive repair upgrades as they come. No drawbacks, no real benefits. Prototype Soldier: -Receive an extra $10,000 when paid. -Normally subjected to new weapons use and so forth. -Weapons are prototypes, and may malfunction. -Although you may test a weapon, you may prove unfit to keep it, and it may be given to another pilot. Although you get an extra $10,000 and get to test weapons and technology, you also receive the burden of the technology. Your the guinea pig. An advanced Beam Cannon may sound fun, until, that is, it blows up in your face and forces you 4 days repair. It's the risky mans position. Tactics Soldier -Receive various radar, sensing, and other tactical equipment as it's developed. -Start off with a Radar Warning System installed in suit. -Receive $5,000 less when paid. -May be stripped of postition, fined $20,000 and transferred to Standard Soldier if your style is too rash and hasty. Basically, this is the plotting mans postition. If you like hanging in the shadows, ambushing, striking at your enemys weaknesses, and always being prepared, this is your postition. If you like going into battle with both guns blazing, you better pass on this, for if you decide to be hasty, not only will you be stripped of your postition, but you'll also lose $20,000. |
