The d.tuned Racing Team, owned by the Trinidad-based d. group, employs 120 people, from janitors to aerodynamicists, each playing an integral part in the day-to day operations of the team.

Each of its employees are properly examined prior to being admitted into the organisation to ensure they possess the necessary common sense required to perform what is required of them.

The team travels with 45 members of staff to each and every track on the CWGT circuit, 20 of these individuals are responsible for handling, transporting, disassembling and reassembling the car, as well as changing tyres and refuelling during the race. 10 are the technical staff, who analyse the car's telemetry to diagnose problems and help fix them, as well as tuning the car at the track. Another 5 are d.tuned's in-house culinary experts who, coupled with the 5 Personal Relations Officers, are responsible for entertaining the team's guests and sponsors.

The next 5 are some of the more important parts of the equation. The primary race car driver, the reserve, in the event of an illness or injury  befalling the primary driver. Next are the team's two baggage-boys, who carry the rest of the team's stuff to and fro, preventing exhaustion of the other members of the team. Last, but not least, of d.tuned's road staff is the team's mascot: Squirrelzilla.

70 Members of d.tuned Racing never leave Trinidad. 40 highly skilled employees are split between the aerodynamic and mechanical departments of d.tuned, while another 5 are specially assigned to the Engine Management and Analysis Department. d.tuned also has 15 Personal Relations Officers who are responsible for securing sponsorship and forming strategic business alliances for the team. 8 others, and the 2 test drivers also remain in the country testing the car's response to updates that d.tuned's Research and Development Team (RDT) produce.

The final 5 in d.tuned's organisation are the dedicated janitors who clean our crap at the end of the day.
