Marcos first discovered the theater life when he auditioned for his first play his senior year of high school. Coincidently, he discovered modern dance the same year. After being cast in Shakespeare's The Tempest, the musical Pippin, and performing in two dance recitals at Independence High School in San Jose, Marcos' love for the performing arts blossomed. He is now a second year Dance major who plans to pursue a BFA Degree in the Dance program here at UCSB. Marcos has been cast in the various Fall, Spring, and Junior?s Dance Concerts held on campus. He is glad that in addition to his dancing, he has discovered Destination Theater. |
