Josefino Rivera, Jr. is excited to join Destination Theater. Originally from San Jose, JR transferred to UCSB after attaining his AA in Psychology from Foothill College. Last fall, he was getting his education by backpacking through southeastern Australia. JR is not foreign to the stage. His most recent roles were Papa Ge in Once on this Island, with Sunnyvale Community Players; train secretary in On the Twentieth Century, with Foothill Musical Theater; and has conducted several musicals including Pippin, Gypsy, and Once on this Island. JR is a Psychology and English double major and will graduate by 2005. He dedicates this show to his amazing family who always loves, supports, and "takes him seriously." |
