Bill Brown
After several hundred performances in his life, Bill decided to don a new hat and retreat behind the scenes to produce Can I See Your ID?, the first vernture of Destination Theatre, a company that he founded along with director Monica Burrowes, and Daniel Tuutau.

Growing up in the central valley of California, Bill participated in numerous local theatre companies including Bakersfield Music Theatre, Kern Island ArtsFest, and Bakersfield Centennial Theatre's production fo the locally written
Maggie.

Even stronger is his musical background-- ten successive years of choral singing ranging from chamber chiors and theatre ensembles to jazz quartets and 50's singers, along with a nearly completed degree in vocal performance from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Bill has directed the award-winning a cappella ensemble, Naked Voices, since its inception, and works regularly for UCSB athletic events and Chancellor functions, the Santa Barbara Choral Society and Cappella Barbara at the Old Mission.
With UCSB Opera, Bill played the part, Sound of Rain, in
Red Azalia, and in Feburary will be starring as Don Alhambra in Gilbert and Sullivan's The Gondoliers.
