| Services are billed at the rate of $14.00 per hour. All projects are subject to a one-hour minimum charge, and are billed in 15-minute increments thereafter. Rush orders and weekend/holiday work subject to 25% surcharge. In addition to the hourly rate, the following expenses are also billable to the customer: |
| > Long distance charges > Printing/reproduction costs > Postage, freight, delivery charges > Mileage > Large quantities of paper, envelopes and printer ink, as in cases of mass mailings |
