| William was born in 1867 in London and was the son of James and Eliza Ballard. On the 1881 Census he lived at 13 Heathfield Place, Lambeth, Surrey. I couldn't find him on the 1891 census but he may be the William Ballard who appears on the 1901 Census aged 34 and working as a solicitors clerk.. | |||||
