| Albert was born in Brighton, Sussex on 31 January, 1869. His parents were William Valentine Ballard and Mary Ann Hayllar. He was baptised on the 23 April, 1837 at the North Street, Countess of Huntingdon's or Dissenting Protestants, Brighton. He died on 1 February, 1840 from consumption at 38 High Street, Brighton. He was buried on 7 February, 1840. | ||||||
