When I got up the next day to go to school, I didn�t know what to expect�But omg! Was I lookin� forward to it!!! I was pretty much praying that my mom wouldn�t notice how much of a hurry I was in. After a short breakfast, (at which I inhaled my bagel within 2 mins) I was grateful to see that she hadn�t done nething out of the usual. She had maybe slipped one or two confused looks at me, but didn�t question it. As I ran out the door and down to the bus stop, I found myself standing next to the same girl as from the day b4�the one who had so �graciously� introduced herself and wished me �good luck��. Today, like previously, she was standing with the same girl, whom I had took to be her friend. I hadn�t noticed it before, but both girls were wearing some matching �Cheer Champions� jackets with their names embroidered into them. The other boy from before was also there waiting� I decided w/ myself that I wouldn�t bother trying to communicate with them, cause I didn�t feel like getting blown off�The �head� girl noticed that I wasn�t starting ne talk to she took it upon herself to begin� Girl-�Oh hey look, Jess, its Miron�s little girlfriend, Mal!� Me- �Why�omg! A diky freakshow has actually decided to talk to me!!! What shall I do?!!� Jess- �ugh?! Obviously she was misinformed, Kristy�um, do-u-know-who-we-are?� Suddenly the other boy from the stop decided to cut in� Boy-�Well, I don�t think that she personally knows u two, but uh, I think that she�s got her descriptions down pretty good!� Kristy- �Awww, aren�t u cute Bradley, but I�m sorry, Mal already has a boyfriend��.� Huh? Did they already hear about Jesse and me? Or was she just talking about��.. Kristy- ���.its Miron!� *the two girls both explode into high-pitched squeals of laughter* Me-�Ah-hahaha-ah-hahaha-ah-----let�s try, uh, NO! But I will let u know that I am not single�� Okay, okay, so yeah, maybe it wasn�t the best idea to try my luck with bragging about Jesse to the local populars right now, but I was definitely feeling the need to stuff something down their throats�.it was waaaay too tempting�.. Kristy- �Oh I�m all ears��.this should be good�.� Me- �Do u two maybe know a certain Jesse McCartney?� ---laughter stops--- Jess- �Like yeah right! Why would someone like Jesse go out with some nobody like u? U are so lying�.� Me- �Believe it, cause I�m sorry hun, its true�.� Brad- �Oh come on Jessica, I think that ure a lil jealous ova hea�I happen to know that u have a crush on him�� Me- �Oh my gosh u do Bess? I�m sooooo sorry...*pause*�.hmm, Oh well! He�s my bf, not ures! Sorry!� Jess- �Omg! Why would I like HIM??! No! no, I don�t�I uh---------� *bus arrives at our stop* Me- *stepping up the stairs* �It�s okay Bess�but I really do hope that u understand that he�s MY boyfriend�Oh! So u keep ure lil gay ass cheer squad away from mah girl hea, aight?!!� Me- �uh, Thanks!� Gabby *turning to me* �No prob��..soooooo, what was I defending u for newayz??� Me-�haha, nothing important�� The rest of the bus ride seemed more normal�well, atleast it was less chaotic than yesterday�s happenings� While I was talking to Cate on the way to homeroom things seemed to have spread around school more than I had thought� Cate- *slamming her locker door* �So? Omg! I just heard about u and Jesse!� Me- �What? Who�d u hear it from?� Cate- �um, weeeell, I heard it from Danny Colison, who had heard it from Becky Mannle, who had heard about it from Kelly Lyons who had heard it whispered between Jillian and Ryan, who had originally heard it all from Gabby last night�.� Me- �uh, rii--ight�.� Cate- �So? Is it true?� Me- �uh, yeah, me and Jesse u mean?� Cate- �Yeah!�Hey that�s sweet! Jesse�s a great guy!�but whew! U don�t know how glad I am that it wasn�t my Chris! Then I�d would have to like, kill you!�but its all good with Jesse, lol�u know, since Chris is still single n all�� Uh-oh, I was guessing that Gabby hadn�t told Cate about Eva yet� Me- �eh-heh-heh, uh, its funny u should say that Cate, um, uh�well maybe u should go talk to Gabby�� Cate- *approaching Mrs. Thompson�s room* �uh�.ok? Well I�ll c u later in social studies then�bye!� Me- �yeah, cya Cate!� I was hoping that she wasn�t gonna take it too hard when she found out� Walking into that classroom was like entering a court room�I couldn�t tell if maybe it was just me, but it seemed like everyone was staring at me and making judgements�I was guessing that they had heard too�It felt like it was my first day all over again. I�m not sure how, but I was somehow able to slip past all of the gaping eyes so that I could go sit with the people from the past day. When I got there, I saw Jesse, so I decided to sit down next to him. Ryan- �SoOoO�I heard about u two and last night!� Jesse- �U too? Jeez, Gabby, it hasn�t even been 24 hours yet n half of the school already knows!� Gabby- �Um, I tried?�.but hey hey! The thing that I wanna hear about is when this whole Chris and Eva thing came about and how come I didn�t hear about it from u or ne of the guys???!� Ryan- �OooOoOooo�..� Jesse- *searching for the words* �Well look! I didn�t want to hurt u! Plus, I figured that maybe it wouldn�t work out and that they�d break up before u knew about them�� Gabby- �How long Jesse?� Jesse- �huh? What?� Gabby- �How long have they been going out?� Jesse- �uh, well its not like I was counting or nething�� Gabby- �How long?� Jill- �Oh jeez�� Jesse- �3 � weeks?� Gabby-*shocked but calmly responding* �oh�.I see, only 24 days�..um, ok�� Jesse- �sorry Gabs�� ----no response---- Chelsie- �Well then! Moving on! Have ne of u heard about the latest cheerleader gossip yet?� Me- �Those girls Kristy and Jessica are included right?� Chelsie- �They�re only two of the most snobbiest girls out there��.Yup!� Ryan- �Spill all�.� Chelsie- �k, well, I heard from Joey, who heard from Lindsey, who had heard it from Michelle, who had-------� Jesse- �and��yeah?� Chelsie- �haha�its too funny�haha, omg�� Jillian- �Just say it!� Chelsie- �Well, *laughing* Jessica, um, um, she um�.� Now I could see where this was going�. Chelsie- �She likes Jesse!� *bursts out laughing hysterically* *Jesse makes a confused/shocked face, stands up, looses balance, and then falls over on the ground* Jesse- *getting up* �R u serious??! That is so gross!� Chelsie- �Hey, that�s just what I heard�� Jesse-�Well thanks a lot Chelsie! Now I�m gonna have to go home and kill myself! Me- �NoOooOo! I think that shows something!� Me- �hmmmm�.well, homeroom�s almost over, and the only other class that we�re all in together is lunch�wanna just wing it when we get there?� Ryan- �what the hay? Alright�� Jill, Jesse, Gabby, Chelsie- �k, alright, I�m in�� In a few more minutes we all passed to our next class�.social studies for me. When I got in there, I remembered that Cate was in my class�That meant that I�d have to tell her about Chris myself. Oh joy� Well, I figured that if I had told her about it straight out from the beginning then she probably would�ve been upset for the rest of the class�So, I carefully waited till the period was almost over and the students were talking� Cate-�And then,---this is the best part,----he took the spatchula and he---� Me- �Cate, there�s something u should know, it�s uh, about Chris�� Cate- �Alright, fill me in�this sounds serious�� Me- �um well, I dunno, it might be for u, but I just think I should tell ya�� Cate- �What? What happened? He�s okay, right?� Me- �yeah, but he um, Chris I mean, he�s uh, he�s not exactly single nemore�� Cate- *stopping* �huh? Come again?� Me- �Yeah, he�s kinda going out w/ this girl�But don�t worry!!! I met her last night, She�s really nice! Her name is Eva�she�s my, uh, neighbor�� Cate- *looking pale* �Chris has a girlfriend? Chris Trousdale? And its not me?� Me- �Um, yeah?� Cate- �How long?� Me- �What?� Cate- �Do u know how long they�ve been going out?� Mw- �Well, Jesse said 3 � weeks, but�� Cate- �Jesse knew for that long? And he didn�t even tell me?� Me- �He didn�t beca----� Mr. Carlson-�Ms. Jones? Ms. Johnson? Is there a problem?� Cate- �Uh, Mr. C., can I please go to the nurse? I think that I�m gonna puke�� Mr. Carlson- �Why yes�please do hurry�� *he points to the door* Cate- �Thanx, I better go Val, cya at lunch�� *gets up with her stuff and goes towards the door* Me- �Uh, did I mention that Gabby has a plan all figured out for it???� But she was already gone. Well�okay. At least she knew�Maybe Gabby had a good plan too�While thinking about it, I had to laugh�All this for one guy? Jeez, Chris was well loved. I ended up spending the last few minutes of class imagining up how this whole �Chris club� had started between Gabby and Cate. On my way out of the classroom I found myself talking with Jesse. Jesse- �That was�social studies class, right?!� Me- �Yup, and u just had reading, right?� Jesse- �Yay! That�s it! Ure so good!� Me-*taking a bow* �Oh why thank you, Jes----no!� Jesse- �Huh? No?� Me- Well I was gonna say Jesse, but everyone calls u that�hmmm�u need a new name�� Jesse- �Well, my brother Timmy calls me butthead, but nah, let�s think of something else�wait! U need one too!� Me- �I could call u um, *pause*�..I think I need some inspiration�� Jesse- *smirking* I think that I�ve got just the antidote for u!� *Jesse quickly turns and pushes me into the hallway wall. All the sudden we start makin� out right there on the spot* His lips were so soft and tender�.I didn�t wanna stop! This time he was more into it then the night before. Let me tell ya, plenty of names were comin� to mind right then�The name Dr. Sugar stuck in my head�hehe After about a half minute, we both pulled away, knowing that we better hurry to our next class, health, which we both had� Since it was my first time in the class I had to introduce myself all over again�After that though, we were able to begin� Mrs. Bond- �Okay class, today we�re going to continue our discussion on sexual reproduction�� Oh, super� Mrs. Bond- �Now last week we observed how the female body prepares for this special occasion, so today we shall examine the male�s� Needless to say how this class continued�After that was art, and then came the part that I was most looking forward to, lunch�I personally knew how I felt about Jessica, and that was total resentment. But I wondered, about Jesse that is�How could he really hate that this popular, good-looking girl liked him? I decided that I�d be able to get an answer to this within the next, oh say�.20 minutes.. When I entered the cafeteria, I spotted Ryan and Chelsie, so I went over and sat down with them. Me- �Hey guys�*whispering* soooo, what were u guys thinking?� Chelsie- �hehe, when Jesse gets over here, just act all lovey-dovey and stuff�.we�ll back u up for the rest�� Ryan- �Haha. This should be funny�.� Looking around, I saw that the �popular� table was one away from us�perfect. I could see an uneasy Jess was already sitting down. Me- *changing the subject* �Sooo, what are they serving here today? It smells like fish or sumthing�� Ryan- �Oh, then it�s probably sheperd�s pie�I�ll be right back, gotta get sum of that�� Chelsie- �I can�t believe ure gonna eat that stuff!� Ryan- �Try it! It�s not so bad!� Me-�Well, I�m guessing that it probably isn�t too good either�Im just gonna stick with my sandwich, lol�� Chelsie-�Same here, I�m not getting food poisoning, ure on ure own�� Ryan- �Alright fine�� *walks off* Chelsie- �Oh hey look, there�s the others�� *Gabby Cate, Jill, and Jesse walk over to our table* Gabby- �Yo yo yo, what�s happenin� my ladies?!� Chelsie- �Ah Gabs, don�t do that anymore, u sound like some gay thug�.ure not a guy ya know�� Gabby- �O-kay�well would u settle for a simple �what�s up?�� Chelsie- �Yes! Thank u!� Me- �yay! Cate, u look a lil better now, how r ya?� Cate- �heh heh heh�wait till tomorrow, then ask me that again�we gotta work our plan into action first�� *smiles at Gabby* Gabby- �Oh see?! She knows this one�s gonna be a good one!� Jesse- �I don�t wanna be included in ure evil plans but just don�t cause too much damage�and don�t hurt Eva too bad�k?� Gabby- �alright, alright�lol.� Jesse- �But newayz�back to OUR plan! Let�s get rolling!� *slides down into the seat next to me and casually slides his arm around my waist* Jill- *Loudly* �OoOooh, Jesse, moving kinda quickly now, aren�t we?� Gabby- �AT LEAST give the girl some breathing room!!!� I was able to see Jessica glare our way through the corner of my eye� Jesse- *Loudly* �Is THIS to close for u hunny?� Me- *liking this* �uh-uh, so not close enough�..� She was watchin� alright�.haha�.. Jesse- *pullin me to eye level w/ him* �And now?� Me- *smiling* �Not quite�.� We lean in and start kissing�.again�..He was so good at it! LoL�.I liked this game a lot� Ryan- *walking passed the cheerleader table w/ a tray in his hands* �OoOooOooohh, theyre making out AGAIN?� Chelsie- �Woo-hoo, u go Val!� Jesse- *pulling away in a whisper* �We can stop?� Me- �Book me in for another dose, angel boy�.� Jesse- �Ure prescription has been ordered and received�� *As we start to kiss again I slowly feel his tongue begin to enter my mouth. I welcome it willingly as we continue w/ our fun�* Jill- �The love is alive here at table 7!!!� Jessica- *angrily standing up* �Val Johnson!!! This has just begun!!!� *grabs her stuff and quickly walks out w/ her possie and Kristy close behind* *The two of us pull away and smile* Ryan- �Oh Bravo u two! Jolly good show, I must say!� Gabby- �U two were workin� it good hea!� Cate- �Too sweet! Omg! Did u see her face?! Haha, I�ll never 4get that!� Well, I guess that settled it�.Unless Jesse was somehow trying to make Jessica jealous, he really wasn�t interested in her�One plan completed, one more to go! |
