If there was any doubt about the Red Wings'
ability to hold another 3-0 lead in the third period against
the Nashville Predators Monday night they were quickly squashed.
Defenseman Jason Woolley had two goals and an assist, Kris Draper
had two goals, and goaltender Curtis Joseph stopped all 26 shots
he faced as Detroit
routed the Predators 6-0.
It was the Red Wings' first victory against the Predators this
season. Detroit had lost the previous three games by 5-3, 4-3
and 1-0 scores. »»
